“I read the reviews so I submitted a case . I uploaded all the documents and I received notification that I will hear in 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks I get a notification saying my case is closed because I didn’t upload any documents. I was chased to upload the documents. The case manager closed my case. What a waste of my time asking to resubmit the case when I submitted 5 claims with evidence uploaded.”

“Foarte promti si rapizi,dar nu au comunicat cât s-au obtinut daune!Una este sa obtii cât ai solicitat minus comisionul si alta este sa obtii mult mai mult dar sa pastrezi plusul si sa platesti doar cât s-a solicitat!Cred ca a fost greseala mea ca nu am cerut daune mai mari!Pe viitor vou proceda mai atent!”
