Estimado Germán Suárez: Gracias por su comentario. Entendemos su decepción y nos gustaría aclarar la situación con respecto a su reclamación. Lamentablemente, no podemos reclamar una indemnización en este caso, ya que no cumple los requisitos legales. Según la información oficial del vuelo, la llegada de su vuelo se retrasó menos de las 3 horas requeridas para recibir una indemnización en virtud del Reglamento (CE) n.º 261/2004. El retraso registrado fue de 2 horas y 56 minutos. De acuerdo con la legislación aplicable, las compañías aéreas no están obligadas a pagar una indemnización cuando el retraso en la llegada es inferior a 3 horas. Por este motivo, no hemos podido continuar con la reclamación. Lamentamos no haber podido ayudarle en esta situación concreta. Tenga en cuenta que aún puede presentar reclamaciones por vuelos retrasados o cancelados que se hayan producido en los últimos tres años, en caso de que vuelva a sufrir otra interrupción. Esperamos que no vuelva a sufrir interrupciones en sus vuelos en el futuro, pero si vuelve a ocurrir, estaremos encantados de ayudarle. Atentamente, Equipo de reclamaciones de AirAdvisor
