I sent all my papers twice and still nothing, I was travelling with 3 friends and they all received a refund 3 months after their claim. Why is it taking so long. My claim number is #316938 and dates from last summer at least. My husband may have resubmitted the claim. Please review!

no I wanted to do all 3 claims (family) together but instead each person has to claim individually. Frustrating for me (the person who paid for the tickets) to have the refund handed out separately to others.

Dear Linda Samson, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how inconvenient this may feel, especially when one person paid for all the tickets and manages the travel arrangements. According to the airline’s rules, all claims for each passenger must be submitted separately (even for children), because compensation is a personal right of each traveler under EU regulations. For this reason, airlines require individual claims and, in most cases, process payments separately to each passenger. To make this easier, our system allows you to add family members as fellow passengers, but each passenger still needs to have an individual claim record, as required by the airline and legal procedures. Unfortunately, this is not something we can change, as it is dictated by airline and regulatory requirements, not by our platform.
