AirAdvisor can only pursue reimbursement claims for additional expenses totaling at least $200 (or the equivalent in another currency). Based on the documentation provided, the total value of your eligible expenses was below this minimum threshold. As a result, we were unfortunately unable to proceed with your reimbursement claim. Please note that this threshold is part of our claim handling policy and allows us to effectively manage reimbursement cases. In addition, all claimed expenses must be supported by valid receipts or invoices, as airlines generally require this documentation before considering any reimbursement request. If you believe that you incurred additional eligible expenses that were not included in your original submission, or if you have receipts that were not previously provided, you are welcome to upload them through your claim profile or send them to info@airadvisor.com. Our team will gladly review the new documentation to determine whether your claim can be reassessed.
