Geachte Milciades Rafael Matos Beltre, Bedankt voor uw feedback. We begrijpen dat het wachten op een oplossing vervelend kan zijn, zeker wanneer u verwacht dat een claim sneller wordt afgehandeld. We willen in uw geval echter graag wat context geven over de daadwerkelijke verwerkingstijd. Uw claim is op 28 juli 2026 bij de luchtvaartmaatschappij ingediend en de compensatie is vervolgens op 1 september 2026 uitbetaald. Dit betekent dat uw claim binnen ongeveer één maand succesvol is afgehandeld. Hoewel we begrijpen dat u mogelijk had gehoopt op een snellere oplossing, is dit in vergelijking met de gebruikelijke verwerkingstijden van luchtvaartmaatschappijen juist een zeer goed resultaat. De uiteindelijke beslissing en betaling zijn afhankelijk van de luchtvaartmaatschappij en kunnen per dossier aanzienlijk verschillen. We zijn daarom blij dat we uw claim binnen relatief korte tijd succesvol konden afronden en ervoor konden zorgen dat de verschuldigde compensatie werd uitbetaald. We waarderen uw geduld en het vertrouwen dat u in AirAdvisor heeft gesteld en hopen dat u onze hulp bij het verkrijgen van uw compensatie uiteindelijk als positief zult ervaren. “Se comunican con prontitud aunque nos parecen desorganizados, ya que solicitan la misma documentaciòn en varias ocasiones, con la pérdida de tiempo y ansiedad que genera en el cliente, si bien, al ser muy puntillosos, terminan reclamando un número de vuelo o firma poco clara para terminar el proceso y llevarlo a buen término al fin.”
