“Esperienza molto positiva con AirAdvisor. Ho trovato il servizio semplice, professionale e ben organizzato. La gestione della pratica è stata chiara e sono stato costantemente aggiornato sullo stato della richiesta, senza dovermi occupare personalmente delle varie procedure con la compagnia aerea. Tisztelt Mattesz Fülöp úr! Köszönjük, hogy felvette velünk a kapcsolatot. Megértjük, hogy aggodalomra ad okot, hogy a kifizetés még nem érkezett meg a bankszámlájára. Szeretnénk pontosítani, hogy a banki adatait 2026.08.16-án megkaptuk, a légitársaság által fizetett kártérítés pedig 2026.09.01-jén került kifizetésre. A feltételeink szerint a kifizetés bankszámlára történő jóváírása akár 30 napot is igénybe vehet. Ez az időszak a banki feldolgozástól és az átutalás folyamatától is függhet. Kérjük, legyen még egy kis türelemmel. Amennyiben a 30 napos határidőn belül nem érkezik meg az összeg, kérjük, jelezze felénk, és ellenőrizzük a kifizetés státuszát. J’ai déjà mis plusieurs fois des retours sur plusieurs sites par rapport à vous, je ne vous remercierai jamais assez d’avoir accompli toutes ces démarches pour nous, et surtout le remboursement que nous n’attendions surtout pas !
