“We travelled Business Class from Charles de Gaulle to Oslo today on SK834 and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service we received. Our Cabin Manager, Andres Marin Isast, was the perfect combination of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth. Despite the short flight, Andres regularly checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, making the journey feel both relaxed and personalised. Congratulations to SAS for employing, training, and retaining such high-calibre staff. Team members like Aires are a true credit to your airline and make all the difference to the travel experience.”

“Unfair hidden demands – misleading "No Win, No Fee" policy! I was completely misled by the terms of the contract. After a year, AirAdvisor is demanding that I pay them €200, claiming that I received compensation from the airline. However, the only money I received was a €50 reimbursement through my own actions, by submitting my airport food receipts for the day my flight was canceled. This was for basic expenses, not flight cancellation compensation!I had explicitly informed AirAdvisor about this from the very beginning when I first contacted them, before we even signed the contract. They never mentioned that even if I didn't receive any compensation from the airline through their services, I would still be forced to pay them €200 out of my own pocket. Avoid them if you don't want hidden surprises.”
