În ceea ce privește valoarea despăgubirii, aceste sume sunt exacte și stabilite prin Regulamentul (CE) nr. 261/2004 al Parlamentului European și al Consiliului din 11 februarie 2004. Valoarea despăgubirii depinde de distanța zborului dumneavoastră: 250 EUR pentru toate zborurile de 1 500 km sau mai puțin; 400 EUR pentru toate zborurile intracomunitare de peste 1 500 km și pentru toate celelalte zboruri între 1 500 și 3 500 km; 600 EUR pentru toate zborurile care nu se încadrează în categoriile (a) sau (b). Pentru zborul dumneavoastră cu o distanță de 1.288,06 km, am primit o plată de 200 EUR de la compania aeriană. Compania aeriană a plătit mai puțin decât era obligată legal din cauza taxelor interne de procesare. Această practică nu este legală, iar AirAdvisor se pregătește acum să întreprindă acțiuni legale împotriva companiei aeriene pentru încălcarea drepturilor pasagerilor. În prezent, compania aeriană continuă să perceapă o taxă de 50 EUR. Noi oferim serviciile noastre în conformitate cu regula „No-Win-No-Fee” (fără câștig, fără comision). Nu trebuie să plătiți nimic către AirAdvisor. Când primim rambursarea de la compania aeriană, vă transferăm suma după deducerea comisionului nostru de serviciu.
