i spent hours while i was in prague making a claim uploading all docs and emailing its been almost a month now i get an email wanting me to send the same docs again for the second time . For the amount of money they take out of your compensation its not worth it . File a claim yourself with the airline directly.

To clarify, we received your full claim on 04.01.2026, and it was officially sent to the airline on 06.01.2026. At this stage, we are waiting for the airline’s response, and no further action is required from your side. Please note that some system status notifications can unfortunately appear confusing or look like repeated requests for documents, even when your file is already complete. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and any frustration this may have caused. Regarding our fees, they are only charged if compensation is successfully obtained, in accordance with our “no win, no fee” policy and our published price list. I am having difficulty getting reimbursed for delayed luggage of my ski bag on a ski trip to Canada. Hopefully, Air Advisor will help me with reimbursement.

The form was easy but the evaluators are incompetent. Did not thoroughly review and see that I had submitted a receipt. They are so quick to deny it because they are not reading thoroughly.
