“One of the worst companies ever. It took forever to solve a case and they charged me 50% comision instead of 30% the initial deal. Don't use them and apply for yourself from now one. It's easyer and you get 100% of the money.”

“This is joke now I submitted 5 claims. I was sent a message that my claim was submitted to Ryanair and to wait. Now I am getting different messages saying I didn’t unload the relevant documents. Then I get a second message saying I didn’t upload a birth certificate. I have emailed to ask to reopen my case again. Yet again I have been sent an message to ask to reopen my claim. I am just going in circles with the organisation. Just please reopen my case and I will again resubmit all documents again.”
