“Aerlingus wrote us a cheque to cash after ditching us from a flight. You can’t cash them in Australia. They were impossible to contact. I went through air Adviser and after 16 months we got 50% of our money back from Aerlingus which was grand:”

“My flight from Naples, Italy to Chicago was cancelled after waiting in line at the airport for several hours and the airline app still showing the flight “On time”. I had to stay overnight and fly home the following day. My daughter saw the AirAdivsor information above the ticket counter. We were both a little skeptical at first, so we googled the company and their reviews. We decided to go forward with our claim, and I am extremely happy with the results. They were able to get compensation for me and have a direct deposit into my account and less than 30 days.”
