“Réclamation 651902: Après tous les désagréments vécus avec l'annulation (annoncée à 2 heures du matin par l'agent d'Ita Airways au comptoir de celle-ci) du vol Alger - Rome et le fait rater de rater la correspondance Rome - Montréal avec Air Canada le jour même, Air Advisor demeure ma seule planche de salut pour rentrer dans mes droits, d'autant plus que je n'ai même pas été avisé de l'annulation du vol, alors qu'Ita Airways était bien en possession de mon adresse e-mail. Ça m'aurait au moins permis d'éviter à me déplacer en taxi jusqu'à l'aéroport à 1 heure du matin. On ne sent plus seul devant ces compagnies aériennes qui s'arrogent le droit de disposer de la vie, du temps et de l'argent des pauvres gens.”
