“I have been associated with you since last 3 year, you have succesfuly achive two mil stone out of 3 , but i believe your fees is way too high, and i have shared my fed back alrady, you have to share the cost of claim if its reduced by Airline, in my recent claim i have receive very negligible amount, compare to actual comensation claimed. its not worth, i will definately try other option .”

We’re glad that we were able to successfully achieve two out of three claims for you. Regarding your recent case, we understand your disappointment with the final amount paid by the airline. Unfortunately, airlines sometimes reduce the compensation unilaterally, and the final payout is determined by their decision and applicable regulations, not by our service. Our fees are applied only after compensation is successfully recovered and are clearly outlined in our price list and terms, which are agreed to when a claim is submitted. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the amount actually paid by the airline, not the initially claimed amount. We do not charge any upfront fees, and if no compensation is obtained, there is no cost to the client.
