“You can’t talk to anyone regarding ptoblems. not only can you not tyalk to anyonr they dont answer any questions you ask regarding the document required. Told them we didn't have etickets and dont have boarding passes anymore all I have is the itinery to send with all relevant #;s on it and the receipt for the Train we were forced to take to get to our destination on time. All I get in response is a request for the same documents for all 5 of us involved. YOU CAN'T EVEN CHAT USING E_MAIL”

We would like to clarify that if you no longer have your e-tickets or boarding passes, you should not need to provide documents that you do not have. The itinerary containing the relevant booking and flight details, together with the train receipt for the additional transport you had to take, can be provided for our team to review. If you are unable to upload the documents in your claim profile, you can also send them to info@airadvisor.com or upload them directly through the claim chat. We are sorry if our previous requests did not clearly address your situation.
