For now just one star, because I cannot put 0 stars. 🙄 After 3 and a half months you say that we need again boarding pass and invoice for my brother even if I gave you from the beginning everything? Really? How to trust you? It's not professional! At all. And now I have to wait another 3-6 months, as you say? And, if after another 3 months you loose again the documents or I don't know what, I have to re-upload again the documents? And wait again 3 months? And so on... 🙄 I'm really upset for this facts. Ask me for another review when you finish your job. I had trusted in you! I'm not happy at all!

We would like to clarify that our system automatically creates separate individual claims for any fellow passengers added to a claim form. In this case, your fellow passenger did not complete their individual claim, which meant that we were unable to proceed with their case at that time. Additionally, although documents were initially uploaded, we did not receive the complete set of required documents for your brother. For this reason, we had to contact you and request the missing documentation in order to continue. We have now successfully received all required documents. Thank you for providing them. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and essential for the continued processing of your claim. Please also be assured that your claim was only temporarily placed on hold while we awaited the necessary information. The processing has now resumed from the same stage it previously reached and has not restarted from the beginning. At this stage, no further action is required from your side. We are following a structured procedure to ensure the best possible outcome, and while it may seem that all documents were provided initially, we can only proceed once everything is verified as complete and valid.
