I did not "choose" to have this company process the refund. I believe that I could have processed the refund for clothes purchased on the vacation by myself had I been given the chance to do so.

Perdí dos días de mis vacaciones, reclamé una indemnización y no me han dado ni devuelto nada, por lo tanto no volveré a ha comprar nada en esta plataforma

Lamentamos mucho las molestias que ha sufrido durante sus vacaciones y comprendemos lo decepcionante que debe de haber sido esta situación. Lamentablemente, no podemos solicitar una indemnización en este caso concreto, ya que no se dan las condiciones establecidas por la legislación pertinente. De acuerdo con el Reglamento (CE) n.º 261/2004, las compañías aéreas no están obligadas a indemnizar por las perturbaciones de los vuelos que se produzcan por circunstancias ajenas a su control, como acontecimientos extraordinarios u otros factores que no sean responsabilidad de la compañía aérea. Le pedimos sinceras disculpas por cualquier frustración o inconveniente que esto le haya podido causar. Entendemos que esperar una indemnización y no recibirla puede ser muy molesto, especialmente cuando afecta a sus planes de vacaciones. Tenga en cuenta que este resultado se determina estrictamente por requisitos legales, y siempre nos esforzamos por proporcionar una orientación clara y apoyo durante todo el proceso. Aunque su reclamación actual no puede ser tramitada, todavía tiene la opción de presentar reclamaciones por cualquier vuelo que haya sido retrasado o cancelado en los últimos tres años.
