We would like to clarify that the **compensation for your claim was paid on September 16, 2026**. Once the payment has been issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your personal account depends on the processing times of your bank. If you do not receive the money within **10 days from the payment date**, we recommend contacting your bank directly to check whether there is any delay or issue with the transfer. We would also like to provide some context regarding the claim timeline. We follow an established procedure for handling compensation claims, and the process can take **3–5 months** when the airline agrees to pay compensation without referring to extraordinary circumstances (force majeure). Your claim was submitted to the airline on **July 17, 2026**, and the compensation was paid on **September 16, 2026**. This means the airline resolved the claim and issued the payment in approximately two months, which is considerably shorter than the usual 3–5-month timeframe. We understand that waiting for compensation can be frustrating, particularly when you are not sure when the payment will arrive.
