I made a claim for a cancelled BA flight at the end of February and it took circa 2.5 months to get the money I was pursuing, but I got it and that was what was most important. I later had a cancelled Air France flight and I submitted a claim through a different company and I have waited over a month with not a single update or response. Because of that experience I now prefer to deal with Air Advisor.

Votre dossier a évolué comme suit : * Soumis à la compagnie aérienne le 07/04/2025 À ce stade, la demande d’indemnisation a été officiellement déposée auprès de la compagnie aérienne et nous avons attendu sa réponse dans le délai standard. * Action en justice engagée le 09/05/2025 La compagnie aérienne n’ayant pas réglé la demande dans le délai imparti, nous avons fait passer votre dossier à l’étape suivante en le confiant à nos partenaires juridiques afin d’engager une procédure judiciaire officielle. Cette mesure est prise lorsque les compagnies aériennes retardent ou refusent le paiement, et elle nous permet de continuer à réclamer une indemnisation par la voie judiciaire. * Indemnisation versée le 04/06/2025 À l’issue de la procédure judiciaire, la compagnie aérienne a effectué le paiement et l’indemnisation a été obtenue avec succès. Nous tenons également à préciser que, pendant la phase judiciaire, les mises à jour sont souvent moins fréquentes. Cela n’est pas dû à une inactivité, mais au fait que les dossiers sont traités dans le cadre de procédures judiciaires formelles, dont l’avancement dépend des délais imposés par les tribunaux, des actions des avocats et des réponses de la compagnie aérienne.
