Poor experience. Asking for information like boarding passes from a flight that was weeks ago. No one holds on to things like this and surely this information is stored electronically? Also, stating we can only claim out of pocket expenses for over 100 euros is absolutely absurd. We were promised food vouchers on arrival at the airport and received absolutely nothing, leaving myself to feed my family without any assistance. Why on earth should I be left out of pocket for this?

Il n'y a que par vous que l'on peut espérer une indemnisation. Cependant, il est impossible de joindre les documents dématérialisé car Ryanair les supprime rapidement. This has been such a horrible experience I have waited over 8 months for my claim and my reimbursement amount doesn’t match what I am getting back and I had so much issues with the portal. This whole process has been shocking.
