“Kicsit nehézkes az ügyintézés, de a semminél több volt, mert kaptam valamennyi visszatérítést a kellemetlenségeimért. Az automata ügyintézés miatt lehet a nehézség, ha ügyintéző lenne az e-mail másik végén, nem automata, akkor lehet gyorsabb lenne.”

“I only received 65 euros more from AirAdvisor than what I worked out. I was not happy with the outcome and told AirAdvisor I didn't accept the offer but AirAdvisor took the offer without my consent. Not sure what help they did, I am still out of $1,500.00. I am not happy at all”

First of all, please note that in some situations airlines may proceed with payments directly, without prior notice or agreement with either the client or our team. In your case, the airline appears to have made a payment without our prior knowledge or acceptance. Because of this, the situation is more complex and requires further clarification before any final conclusions can be made. Based on the information currently available, part of the amount (641.87 EUR) appears to correspond to the evaluation of documents submitted in relation to delayed baggage, while 23.75 EUR seems to relate to expenses incurred due to the flight disruption. However, as this transfer was made without our involvement, we are not yet able to fully confirm the basis, completeness, or correctness of these amounts. We provide our services under the “No-Win-No-Fee” rule. You do not need to pay anything to AirAdvisor. When we collect compensation from the airline we transfer it to you deducting our commission.
