This is a very poor service. Takes forever, they take a very high percentage. They send confusing emails, mildly threatening........ couldn't be worse. I cannot imagine why a creditable business would use them

Jednocześnie chcielibyśmy wyjaśnić, że odszkodowanie w Pańskiej sprawie zostało pomyślnie wypłacone w ciągu 3 miesięcy. Jest to ogólnie uważane za stosunkowo sprawny termin, zwłaszcza biorąc pod uwagę, że rozpatrywanie roszczeń zależy od odpowiedzi linii lotniczej i wewnętrznych procedur, na które nie mamy bezpośredniego wpływu. Excelente experiencia con AirAdvisor. Les dí la información de lo que había ocurrido con mi vuelo y ellos se encargaron de todo. Pasó mucho tiempo, más de un año, pero eventualmente resolvieron el caso y recibimos nuestra indemnización.
