“Excelente experiencia con AirAdvisor. Les dí la información de lo que había ocurrido con mi vuelo y ellos se encargaron de todo. Pasó mucho tiempo, más de un año, pero eventualmente resolvieron el caso y recibimos nuestra indemnización.”

“Whilst the claim ended in a payment that might not have been secured otherwise, it took over 2 years and updates were so limited, we nearly gave up. There were so few details about progress or lack of it, that we questioned if it was ever going to end satisfactorily. Half of the amount recovered were taken as fees…which we understood was a possibility”

“My parents had a flight that was delayed for about 4 hours in july 2024. I applied for compensation through AirAdvisor. To be honest intially i thought it was a scam, but almost 2 years later( april 14th 2026)from 800 euros, i received 400 euros already wired to my bank account ( airadvisor used 50% to cover legal expenses). We never believed that we would receive any money but it worked out.”

“La collaboration avec vous est une vraie réussite, mais le remboursement c’ est 50/50, c’est ne pas correct. Je suis d’accord que il y’a de frais mais 50% c’est beaucoup. Le reste c’est très bien. Merci”
