“This was the first time I've used this service. No one prior to me that I know of have used it. So I was a bit cautious and since I had to upload a picture of my passport I was nervous. But it all worked out well.”

“Só me foi atribuída a compensação 2 anos depois da reclamação, pediram a mesma documentação inúmeras vezes. Depois de anos solicitavam a listagem de passageiros do vôo, como se isso fosse possível. O valor atribuído foi muito abaixo do valor designado logo de início.”
