“Did the other passenger's claim get submitted as ell? Site is not clear. Site is wrong claiming that not all docs. have been submitted. Both boarding cards are on the same JPG. No reply to my email: Andrew Chalk 8:34 AM (1 hour ago) to info, bcc: me Shown as on hold due to lack of documents but all documents have been submitted. Identical to fellow passenger ANDREW CHALK. Yes, we can confirm that both claims have been successfully submitted to the airline: Andrew Chalk – Claim #723033 Susan Chew – Claim #723038 We also confirm that the documents provided for both claims have been received and submitted. We understand that the boarding cards for both passengers are included in the same JPG file. The status displayed in the system regarding missing documents may not yet have been updated correctly, and we apologise for the confusion this has caused. No further action is required from your side at this stage. We are now awaiting the airline’s response and will inform you as soon as we receive an update or decision regarding either claim.
