“They mention a 30% fee, and after a month it changes to a 50% fee. This happens because they claim they are taking the problem to court after 30 days of not getting a response from the airline. I think you will mostly end up with a 50% fee because the airline will not respond within 30 days of AirAdvisor submitting the claim. So take note of this. Overall, good experience. I got my claim paid after 6 months.”
