“I had to be humiliating myself to get the claim cancelled as I open by mistake. As you didnt cancel I had to accept to proceed further. The updates added on the claim are not sent via email, my payment was done for a month ago and nobody informed me about it. I would have lost if I would not have the checked the website. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES.”

We would like to clarify that once a claim has been submitted to the airline, we are no longer able to cancel it in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. As stated in Section 6 – Termination of the relationship between the Member and the Contractor, a client may withdraw from our services within 14 calendar days from submitting the case, but only before the claim has been prepared and sent to the airline. Since your claim had already been submitted to the airline, it was not possible to cancel it at that stage. Regarding your payment, we can confirm that your compensation was transferred on 16.07.2026. We are pleased that your claim was ultimately successful and that compensation was secured on your behalf. We are sorry if you felt that our communication was not sufficient. We continuously update the status of every case in the client's personal account, where all important information regarding the claim is available.
