“Excellent website, easy to submit claim. Very quick presentation of my case to the airline and fast results (airline paid within a week!). One star off just because of the long time Air Advisor seems to take to then pay me. They sat on the funds from the airline longer than I would think technically necessary after I gave bank details. The contract states within 30 days, and to be fair they did keep within that timeframe, but I don't understand why it takes weeks to pay a customer in the modern world. But that is minor complaint. The bottom line is they got me a win where the airline was putting up all sorts of nonsensical excuses. Highly recommended”

“Bună. Sincer nu credeam ca v-a fii posibil. Dar am zis totusi ca sa incerc, nu am nimic de pierdut așa că am completat toate datele si am așteptat. Iar Air Advisor chiar ma ajutat si m-a despagubit. Super . Vă mulțumesc si sper ca în viitor dacă mai am experiente neplăcute cu companiile aeriene să vă contactez din nou. Vă mulțumesc. Toate cele bune👋”
