“Espero que a vueling que é uma comnhia que já usei muitas vezes com agrado reveja a sua política de serviço ao cliente. Não se consegue falar com a companhia parece que fazem de propósito para não ser possível reclamar seja o que for . Os clientes deveriam estar em primeiro lugar e o impossibilitar poder falar com a companhia parece ser uma má política . A companhia dever ser responsável pelos seus atos e assumi-los. Eu comprei um serviço e a companhia não só não o cumpriu como me estragou as férias de ski. Eu que dou muito valor às minhas férias depois de um ano de trabalho, não consigo perceber como sou tratado desta forma. Obrigado”

“Quand nous nous sentons démunis devant un vol annulé, nous sommes contactés par Air Advisor sur internet. Un dossier à faire.?une promesse d'indemnisation ? C'est l'aventure...j'y ai cru. Et 3 mois après j'ai eu un remboursement. Merci!!!”
