“We had to handle the complaints about a delayed flight for five people. The first three were handled very quickly, including the "invoices" for the successful complaints. Two complaints took months longer. This can of course be some issue at the airline, but at least one request was delayed by some over-complicated verification of the bank-account. We had afterwards some nice chat with the customer support, where we explained our expectations, especially in terms of communication and transparency. Yes, we got our compensations. Are we now satisfied: Yes. Is there room for improvement: yes.”
