Bună! Apreciem feedback-ul dumneavoastră. Am primit o plată de la compania aeriană în data de 01/12/2022. Conform termenilor și condițiilor noastre, plata trebuie efectuată în termen de 30 de zile de la primirea plății și adăugarea de date bancare corecte. După cum văd, compensația pentru dvs. a fost deja plătită pe 11/12/2022. Vă rugăm să clarificați motivul pentru care ați fost nemulțumit de munca noastră. Acest lucru ne va ajuta să devenim mai buni. Vă mulțumim pentru înțelegere!

“1) Ca familie, din interfata nu pot intelege cum sa completez pentru sotie si 2 infanti (care nu au adresa de email etc.) 2) apoi, daca s-a anulat zborul (..) si nu avea (inca) cont la WizzAir, nu aveam boarding pass pe tel. Asa ca cei care au anulat zborul - nu au deschis nici pentru a emite (obtine) asa ceva.”
