Estimado Manuel, Obrigado pelo seu feedback! Lamentamos muito que não tenha ficado satisfeito com o nosso serviço. Infelizmente, nem sempre é possível identificar rapidamente um pagamento de uma companhia aérea e identificar a que crédito se refere, uma vez que a companhia aérea não fornece os detalhes necessários ao efectuar o pagamento. Neste caso, temos de contactar a companhia aérea e pedir-lhes que identifiquem o pagamento. Isto leva mais tempo e provoca atrasos na transferência do pagamento para a conta do cliente. Neste caso, o pagamento atrasado no seu caso não é culpa apenas da nossa empresa, mas também da companhia aérea. Esperamos pela vossa compreensão!
