“I know they did all the work, and takle a commision to do so, but it took nine months to get compensated. it was supposed to be 280 euros, received only $233 canadian dollars. they use chat box to communicate and they are slow to respond”

“Inicialmente, tivemos uns problemas de documentos e qual era o IBAN , mas foi tudo resolvido e trataram da situação o mais rápido possível. O meu voo foi adiado em julho de 2022 e eu em Outubro já recebi o dinheiro.”

“Am primit pe data de 29.09. email de la dvs ca ati reusit in cazul compensarii , mi sa spus sa adaug datele bancare ,lucru pe care l-am si facut , inca nu am primit banii in cont , am tot trimis emailuri dar nu am primit nici un raspund , imi puteti spune cam in cat timp as putea sa i primesc ? Dear Nikolas , We provide our services under the “No-Win-No-Fee” rule. You do not need to pay anything to AirAdvisor. When we collect compensation from the airline we transfer it to you deducting our commission. Our success fee is 30% out of the collected sum at the pre-trial stage or 50% of sums collected in court or through external lawyers. Also you can consult prices on the following link https://airadvisor.com/en/pricelist Your compensation was received via our partner lawyer in Spain that is why the commission is 50%.
