The offer and the idea is good. Sending the documents is problematic ... for example sending photos .... I can only assess everything else once I have received compensation. H.M. Jansen

Yes thank you- we received some money back although it was a half from what we were expected... We would like to have better communication with your company as from our last experience we didn't have enough feedback and answers

The claim no 13795 from 23.09.2019 is in progress. No answer regarding it.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. We have taken your case to court as Blue Air is one of the most problematic airlines in the EU. They refuse to pay compensation voluntarily due to the unfavorable financial situation of the company. This is what caused the delay in the consideration of the complaint. Первый раз было действительно хорошо и получили компенсацию, последний раз никто ничего не решил и ещё пришлось самой каждый раз спрашивать что и как
