The bus temperature was set too high and no ventilation which is not healthy was very hard to breath asked the driver he said can't change it

We have investigated the issue and there has been a data misalignment on a spreadsheet, which led to a review invite email being sent to you yesterday in which the incorrect name was used. The 12.48 at Galloping Green to Dublin Airport T1 did not turn up on time, it passed by 41 mins late with “Bus Full” on the Front, next one not due for another 2 hours. So I got 46a to the Talbot Hotel to get the Leopardstown to Airport Coach, after 25 mins and 2 no shows I, and 3 other people, shared a Taxi to the Airport costing €69 I understand it’s Christmas, but I contacted Aircoach and even though I purchased the Flexibook Plus, I was Refused a refund, the service I booked was NOT Provided. Very Disappointed

I am sorry about the incident that happened with the 12.48 from Galloping Green to Dublin Airport T1 - passing by 41 minutes late and putting a stop to your travels. I am also sorry to hear that despite the Flexibook Plus package you purchased, you were refused a refund, as the service was not provided as expected. We would really appreciate it if you could provide us with more details regarding your issue, so that we can try to make things better.

There were problems with the service, I took a bus from cork to Dublin City Centre and for some reason the bus took 3hrs to get there and not 4 hrs just as it's marked in the QR doc., what happened? The bus driver stopped wherever he wanted, there's not one unique stop in Dublin city, I just got confused, so I waited 'til he stopped definitely in the last stop (airport), so I bought another ticket to Dublin City and I missed my meeting with my friends, I couldn't charge my phone in the bus😞. Would be cool one stop just like Cork City.

. I traveled with my family to Belfast . The service was absolutely poor. I came from India with allowed baggage and one of the Aircoach drivers asked me pay extra charges. The driver was very rude. After we got in the bus the top ventilator was fully opened in this such a freezing weather. I wouldn’t recommend to travel in Aircoach anymore.

Aircoach allows a maximum of two pieces of luggage per person free of charge to be carried in the luggage compartment of the coach. Small bags may be carried on the coach which can be stored in the overhead rack. Bags cannot occupy seats on the coach.   Excess luggage or bulky items will be charged at €5/£5 per item.

It is very often that the Aircoach arrives late... You will have to wait 20 mins minimum...

The bus broke down near Sallins on the 8th of Dec. I had to get a taxi to make a flight cost 80. No one from Air Coach made contact to even apologise

Nearly half an hour too late. Not possible to track live arrival time anymore to be able to make a decision on a possible alternative mode of transport. Very rude customer service.

Terrible customer service. I lost an item, had to call 3-4 times for 4 days in a row. They just could not call the driver and ask if he found it or not, they have a terrible slow system of waiting to see if any item will show up on their lost/found list…

Very bad experience this time I faced with my travel from Dublin airport to cork city. I am not satisfied with the payment making for normal 2 baggage, as I am non European I will be definitely travelling with my luggage. Even after taking ticket extra money for luggage is not agreeable; 2 baggage and a cabin bag is normal for a person travelling to another country. More than usual can be taken for extra payment. Also The staff at Dublin airport were not in a professional manner to deal with passengers.
