“Why do you always do this? Travel regularly for work for years now and you changed the route (again) of the 702 so it takes almost 1.5 hours to get to airport from Dun Laoghaire. It’s now a milk run again. Awful.”

“Aircoach used to provide a good service from Cork to Dublin airport, but in recent times it is getting a reputation for being un reliable. I don't know if this is down to first bus taking over or just bad management!! On tues I decided to travel, against advice from a former driver , with aircoach on the 4pm cork to dublin service. Come 4pm true to form NO AIRCOACH and no notification to any of the many passengers waiting. If we had notification we could have made alternative arrangements to travel on the 2 citylink coaches that turned up for their passengers on time. We had to get the later 5pm aircoach which obviously caused disruption to plans already made for many!! This apparently is the normal for aircoach now!! So moral of the story, TRAVEL WITH CITYLINK!!! Ps. When a refund was requested for the cancelled service as a gesture of good will for the inconvenience caused it was refused because we had got the later coach!! So even customer service isn't up to much!”

“The aircoach I booked and paid for never turned up. There were 7 of us waiting and no one had been notified of the cancellation. This was very stressful for all. I can no longer rely on the aircoach, a poor service. This is very disappointing as taxis are so expensive to the airport. I don’t understand why we weren’t notified as you have all our contact details. Trish”

“The stops that were shown to have happened didn't. We were told to get of way before the stop we needed with no explanation. It was definitely not worth the price of the ticket.”

“My case was stolen at the st Stephen’s green stop when I discovered at the airport the driver said it was nothing to do with him and it happens all the time left him my details no contact from Aircoach. Emailed three times from the Thursday day of the theft they eventually replied on Tuesday referred me to lost property got a response from them nothing to do which them referred back to Aircoach. Can’t get through on phone Very poor customer service from such a large organisation”

“I don’t get my money back for a CANCELED bus 702 from Dalkey to Dublin airport 4th of March 2025. So be careful before you make a reservation at air coach. You are not certain that aircoach will deliver the service you paid for!!!!”

“The bus I was booked for at 1.15pm leaving the Clayton Hotel in Leopardstown. Never turned up. As a result I won’t get to the airport in time and I may miss my flight.. very bad service .”

“I had a bad experience with Aircoach, having booked a seat on the 11pm Cork to Dublin Airport route over last few weeks. The Aircoach never arrived, leaving around over 20 passengers stranded on a wet and windy night. We were informed by another bus driver who said that the 11pm service was cancelled a few days ago, passengers would have received an email. None of passengers stranded got an email confirming cancellation. We were informed by the other driver that we could get the 1am bus or the 2am bus if the 1am was full. I was lucky enough that I had plenty of time to source another option. Others hadn't that option. Not sure I could rely on Aircoach again. I contacted Aircoach to arrange to get a refund, this is currently being processed.”

“Found out this morning that the 702 10 am Aircoach got cancelled from Dalkey... 8 people waiting, no one was notified. I called customer service at 10.15 because my parents were still waiting at the bus stop. When is Aircoach going to provide notifications to the people who have booked? Customers deserve clear communication, including the reason why it got cancelled.”

“The timetable on line needs to be updated. Since buses on the 700 route are not as frequent please update the timetable online so that flights aren’t missed”

“I am furious with aircoach as I booked my bus journey from Dalkey to Dublin Airport at 8am for a 10.45 flight. At 5am this morning the day of the trip I received a no reply email which went into junk to inform me the bus has been cancelled. Offering a 7am or 9am bus instead. No customer service operating until 9am. It so important to have trusted bus service for the airport. I am reliant on this bus. Very disappointed!”

“Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Aircoach due to a service failure that left me stranded. I had booked a ticket in advance for a journey, but when I arrived at Dublin Airport, the bus did not operate as expected, leaving me with no option but to take a taxi to Belfast Airport to make my flight. An Aircoach employee at Dublin Airport assured me that my taxi fare would be refunded and even helped me find a driver. However, after contacting customer service, they refused to reimburse the cost, despite the clear promise made by their staff. If I had known this in advance, I would have looked for more affordable alternatives. While they refunded my bus ticket, I find it unacceptable that they would not cover the additional expense caused by their failure to provide the service I paid for. The lack of accountability and inconsistency in their communication is frustrating. I will now be filing complaints with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) and the National Transport Authority (NTA) to escalate this issue. I believe passengers deserve better transparency and accountability from Aircoach. I would advise future passengers to be cautious and not rely on verbal assurances from staff, as the company may not honor them.”

“The 702 that was due to run from Monkstown to the airport on 28th February did not show up. 7 people were waiting at the stop witness no notification that the service had been cancelled. There is not even information on how to claim a refund for our tickets.”
