We are committed to offer the best possible experience to our customers, but our schedule might change due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions. We advice our customer to add 1 hour extra time to their travel to account for unforeseen circumstances.

I was on the 10pm bus from the airport to the city centre. The driver was extremely rude to elderly passengers who happened to be first timers in Dublin - not the best welcome. The driver was saying he will announce the stops, albeit without a microphone, and one should shout yes if getting off there. Surely there’s a better way of doing this like adding a screen to display the upcoming stops and/or a recorded audio to announce the stops like other normal buses.

The bus stopped and left 10 minutes earlier to go to the airport. We bought our tikets for the 6:00 am journey and we arrived on the street 15 minutes in advance. We were just on the other side of the street and we saw the bus arriving and departing in less than 5 minute, at 5:50 it was already gone. The stop was so quick that we didn't have the opportunity of cross the road that it was already gone, with 10 minute in advance!

As per another of the one star reviews below, their Flexbook and Flexbook plus is not worth the paper it is written on. When booking bus tickets with Aircoach, they offer the opportunity to purchase 'flexbook' or 'flexbook plus' add ons to your ticket. In each case, the Aircoach website states the benefit of these add ons as being the ability to 'Change your booking up to 1 hour before departure of your journey'. Aircoach then have a provision in their standard T&Cs (that the cynic in me would say is deliberately hidden away in the hope you don't read/understand it) that this effectively does not actually mean departure of YOUR journey, but the departure of the relevant bus AT ORIGIN. This is incredibly (and perhaps deliberately, given the issue has been flagged to Aircoach by me and by others on this review page, but yet they still don't clarify the wording) misleading and leads to consumers paying for an add on they either do not need, or are unable to utilise as expected (if they have not fully read and understood the T&Cs and then gone back to the start of the purchase process to deselect their option for flexbook).

From our terms and conditions, changes can be made up to 1 hour before the original journey departure time (e.g. if you wish to change from a stop midway through a service – the window for changes is one hour prior to the first stop on that route and not the time of departure for subsequent stops on that service). The booking cannot be changed within 1 hour of departure or when the original time booked has passed. So, if there's anything else that we can do to improve our services, please let us know. We would greatly appreciate your feedback.

Is there no direct from Galway. Why has it 2 stops in Athlone. Got 14.15 from Galway before Christmas and didn’t arrive at the airport until 18.05

Paid extra for "Flexibook" to allow amendment 1 hr before departure, stated time of departure 13:45 from Dublin airport. Tried to amend at 12:30 website won't allow change. Spoke to call centre. Apparently as the bus starts at 13:20 in Dublin city centre this is the cut off time not the departure time from Dublin airport!. Clearly misleading information on your website and flexi booking isn't what it is claimed to be.

We can also understand the confusion causes by the departure time from Dublin airport being listed differently from Dublin city center start time. I was waiting one hour and 10 minutes this morning (22 December from 7.50am) on O’Connell Street before any air coach arrived. I called the office several time, one man told me that the coaches run every 30 minutes at that hour of the morning (not according to your website or your timetable). When the coach finally arrived the driver was rude and only let people who had booked on line on board (despite their being at least 7 empty seats for the remainder of the journey). The wait time was ridiculous when you are servicing people catching flights - I will avoid this ‘service’ in future and would recommend everyone else to use a reliable route to the airport instead. It is such an awful start to any holiday.

That was the first I tried Aircoach. The service is unreliable; the bus was about 30 minutes late! I almost missed my flight! Never again!

I booked online, searching for bus times departing after 1pm. A result appeared for a bus departing at 1:05 at Derry and arriving at 2:45 at Belfast. I booked this ticket and only seconds after booking, I double checked to make sure the bus wasn’t for 1am and turns out it was. I rang customer service straight away and explained the situation. They said they would move me to a different time but 1pm that day was booked out and the following buses were also booked out, only offering a bus early in the morning that would not suit my plans. I kindly asked for a refund even though it was my mistake, considering I am a regular customer who has travelled with aircoach many times this year and I usually book flexi-plus. The customer service lady was very rude and not very understanding of my situation. She would not refund me or even offer me credit that I could put towards a future journey, since I travel regularly. I understand it was my mistake that I realised straight away but the website was misleading as I had searched for buses departing after 12midday. Very disappointing as a regular customer. Considering other alternatives for future journeys.

Unfortunately, our tickets are non-refundable as per the T&Cs agreed when purchasing a ticket online. Refunds will only be given if Aircoach has not provided the service booked. We apologise for any inconvenience. Customers are reminded to check there booking before completion.

I take the Aircoach between Dublin and Cork quite regularly. Drivers are always pleasant, safe, punctual and the buses clean. This morning however, the driver was rude and impatient to a number of passengers. I sent email with details to company.

The toilet was closed all the way to Belfast what happen if you have an emergency???

Any journey under 3 hours, toilets are not provided. Customer are made aware of this and if any unexcepted issues occur, alternative options will be in place. Thank you for your feedback.

very chaotic boarding for bus bound to Belfast 13:50 26 Dec, no even proper sign bus is actually for Belfast ,unless you ask , very rood staff Service is going downhill thats for sure

Terrible service from driver from Aston quay to Cork on December 26th at 12:00. Driver behaviour towards me in front of other passengers was just unnecessary. Me and another men arrived at the bus stop at 11:59-12:00. The driver was still putting the passenger luggage in the compartment. The man in front of me got in the bus, no problem. When it was my turn he asked me: “ what’s the story?” And I said I was going to Cork. He asked me if I had a ticket and I said yes! It was then when he started telling me that I supposed to be in the stop 10min earlier (which is ok), and that he sold a few tickets and he needed to check if he had seats left for me….but he was telling me that in an aggressive way and very loud. He could have avoided that if he knew how to talk to people. He then checked if there was seats available and there was 2 or more seats available. Why to make a scene? So I’m thinking he didn’t say anything to a man, but he made sure to tell me as a woman when he could have avoided all this embarrassment just being polite and checking the seats before making me feeling humiliated in front of other people. I wasn’t there 10min earlier which is my fault, but I don’t need to be treated like a kid in front of other people because the driver has an aggressive behaviour towards people. I email them Aircoach making a private complaint about the driver behaviour, but the person that was replaying only told me that I was late for the bus, making me feel like it’s all my fault and never paid attention of what I was really complaining about, which was the driver behaviour.
