6.40am bus cancelled by email sent at 2.48am. Not good enough. Your services have reduced and now you’re not even meeting the smaller schedule. I’ll be looking for another option for travel to the airport

The 23hs bus from Cork to the airport never showed up. 20 people stood up on a rainy and cold day. Bus driver dropping people from Dublin told us to wait until 1 or 2 am. Do not book with this company, use City link instead!

Stop cancelling services You have time tables and people plan journeys based on these. I’ve had three buses cancelled in the last few months Very poor service

I cannot recommend them. They do not allow changes to destinations after booking, even with ample notice. Alternatives like Translink offer a much better experience.

The website needs to be updated. Tonight I’ve been left stranded. I purchased a ticket for the 23:20 bus from Belfast to Dublin. The bus supposedly left at 23:10. I arrived at 23:10. One of the coach drivers was at the stop who about to do a changeover told me the bus was at 23:10 and I must have purchased a ticket from one of your competitors. When I tried to explain he told me I asked a lot of questions then proceeded to have a smoke when another coach arrived with 2 other drivers. As a young female, the fact that I was stranded in a city because of an error on the website and paid money to purchase a service this is completely unacceptable. If you are a solo traveler, do NOT travel with Aircoach.

Both buses to and from the airport cancelled with very little notice. I wasn't advised what alternative services were actually running to use my ticket on. Even though they cancelled both buses and I almost missed my flight they would only offer me a refund for one of them. We also had no-show buses when we used the service to the airport back in August without being informed.

The schedulle says a time and the bus does not come, or It has passed 10 minutes earlier and does not wait till the schedulle timing

The bus arrived 20 min late, I asked for a refund and the staff denied. They were really rude to me saying that nothing is perfect asking me if I was perfect, completely unnecessary. I needed to take other company in order to arrive home on a reasonable time.

My 15yr old son has a TFI Child Leap Card for 5-15yr olds. It is not accepted but Aircoach!! If he had a student leap card or a young adult 19-24yr olds, it would be fine. As he's over 13 he can't get a children's ticker, so I have to buy him a full adult ticket.

I booked to travel from Cork to Dublin Airport on the 24th February at 14.00. I got an email telling me this had been cancelled, so I booked a seat on the 13.00 service, I have now received another email tell me that this service has also been cancelled. .I have since been on your app and can see that the service on 24th February at 14.00 is still selling tickets, so what is going on..very dissatisfied with this.

Horrific service . Twice in a row . First time , the coach drove away early just as I approached to get on . Second time ( yesterday 18/2/25) the coach didn’t turn up at all ( even though I was at the stop 15 mins before the timetabled time) Stood in the bitter cold ( I am disabled & use a stick ) for 45 minutes waiting for another coach . Tried phoning customer service & was on hold for 25 mins , so I gave up . Appalling. The upload is not allowing me to submit all my evidence

I’m massively disappointed to see the route along the N11 disappear. Have been a customer for many years using the Galloping Green stop but I gather now this will no longer be available? Other option are just too long a walk with luggage . Please reintroduce asap ! Thank you .

The 700 bus simply did not show up after waiting for 20 minutes. Quite bizarre that a scheduled bus, especially to the airport can do this. It was very early in the morning so I had no option but to fork out on a taxi. Received a pathetic apology from customer service with no explanation.

So you have just announced the complete removal of Air Coach services from a huge swathe of South County Dublin and Wicklow. It is extremely hard to understand the logic behind this, especially as a frequent user of the service. You say the numbers were not sustainable, however have you given any consideration to the crazy new route that was introduced on the 702 route where it could take over 2 hours, even longer, to get to the airport, whereas the previous route was more straightforward and quicker. People just gave up, another issue was the total unreliability of the service. If it takes too long and its unreliable then of course the numbers will fall off. Beyond angry and disappointed from a previously very satisfied customer.

Understand the reply but shocked that you appear so detached from the issue which is relevant to your potential customers who may rely on the bus stop timetable which is for a service you have withdrawn and replaced.

Very poor customer service and information. Have been trying for over five weeks to get refunds for bus trips Aircoach cancelled on January 5 and 6. About to take matter to the consumer Affairs board now.

terrible generic response did not answer simple direct query at all about service to clarify if it will be still running in 2 weeks time so customers can make alternative arrangements if necessary

Rude, stressful staff. Not interested in customer service,or dealing with the customer in a helpful manner. Unwilling to allow a customer to ask a simple question. This man should not be allowed to interface with the public I am horrified at my treatment.
