They ancelled my booked service. I received a email saying I was entitled to a refund or to use a different bus. I requested said refund. I am now being told the flexi add-on I paid extra for won’t be refunded. Khya in customer care seems unable or unwilling to provide the section of their terms and conditions where it says that they can cancel your booked service and then hold onto the extras you paid for. Utterly useless.

Route 702, Inbound from Greystones Hawkinswood at 4.00 today(28.01.24). Waited till 4.10AM in the rain and bus didn’t come. Had to book taxi to airport. Really disappointed with the service. Had to say this is the first time in several years I had this experience with air coach.

My first and last time using Aircoach. Started my journey from the first stop at Hawkins Wood, Greystones at 07.20am. We arrived at Lidl, Greystones so early the driver (who was lovely) said he'd have to stop for 15 minutes, as we were ahead of schedule. After our stop, we made our way to Bray. We had to wait again at SuperValu, Bray for nearly 30 minutes, as we were too ahead of schedule. Once we were on the move, we hit every traffic jam en route - Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock, Sandymount, East Link (there are little, to no bus lanes the whole way). I made it to Dublin Airport at 10.30am (THREE hours after I got on the bus). My flight was at 12.10 - lucky for me that I had gotten the bus so early! I had booked a return journey on Aircoach for 7.30pm on the day of my return. My flight was delayed three hours so I landed at 10.30pm. I wasn't even sure I could get on the Aircoach and even if I could, I wasn't risking a three hour journey home! I had to call someone to pick me up. A shambles of a service. I will be taking my car in future, far less hassle.

The 702 aircoach that was due (as stated at your timetable for Sunday) to pass at 9:24h at Merrion Road stop did not pass (I was at the stop with the yellow warning alert and a small Child from 9:10h to 10:10h) At the End I had to take a taxi (although I had return tickets for both of us!) I need at least a refund vut I cannot find any option for that.

App is not working. Wont let me see my points or buy a return ticket. Says 'There was an error, please check your connection and try again'. This happens on different phone, under different connections. Please fix this as I would like to use my points.

I recently travelled from Dublin Airport to Cork city. An eastern European driver was very aggressive on arrival in Cork because I didn't immediately remove my bike from the luggage bay. I had been waiting for the other passengers to remove their luggage on top of mine,i was tired after 24 hours travel and suffer from back problems. He bullying tried to dress me in front of the other passengers claiming it was a simple job. I had willingly paid for my bike on board tho it was an unexpected extra cost & this is the treatment I received. In future I will go with City link.

Given the red weather warning tomorrow, I can't get my 14 year old son (adult in your eyes!?!?!) to picj up his bus but you won't let me cancel. We live an hour from Derry and would need to travel during the red warning but apparently that doesn't matter, because 'computer says no!'. Its also the first bus travelling so am guessing you'll be welcome of the seat after you canx the previous 3 or 4 buses but still, 'computer says no'. Shocking and shameful response, Aircoach, you should be ashamed!

On January 5, 2025, we awaited the 11:20 Aircoach to the airport at St Vincent’s Hospital Dublin 4. (The later bus wouldn’t allow sufficient time to check in luggage.) There was no indication on your web site or live feed that this bus would not arrive. In desperation, we eventually, after quite a wait, got a taxi to the airport. There was no obvious excuse -the weather was not inclement so why no bus? On entering the airport, I noted another bus stating ‘Bus Full’ with the number of that bus obliterated by the latter sign If one cannot rely on the Aircoach to get passengers to the airport on time for their flights, why is this poor service tolerated?

Bad experience is an understatement. The service offered by Aircoach is dreadful. On 23rd Jan 2025 the 11:05 service from Glasthule to the Airport was 40 minutes late. Holy God such delays on an airport service are unacceptable. A very regular occurrence!!! Beware all ye who hope to get a flight on time!!!

Trying to get a full refund for a flexi ticket that was booked for 05/01 from Dublin Airport to Cork because trip was cancelled by Aircoach in relation with the snow , they send me an email that they will refund only the price of the ticket (21 euro) and not the full price of (24 euro included flexi ) - please see below ,, Thank you for contacting Aircoach. I can confirm that add-ons are non refundable. Therefore, we can only refund the ticket fare. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused. ’’ Never travel again with Aircoach

15:47 Monday - Radisson towards town. Driver didn’t stop. He indicated out and moved into the middle lane well before reaching the stop and breezed on my. Totally unnecessary disregard for people trying to get to the airport.

Last Saturday I was at the Old Wesley bus stop of the 700 at 05.00 for the 05.07 bus that never arrived. at 05.30 I had to hail a taxi to get to the airport in time (35e). I subsequently heard that the bus arrived at the bus stop at 05.40. The whole point of using this service for me is the reliability especially early in the morning. I have been a big supporter of the service since it started but would now be worried if it would let me down again. After contacting customer service to highlight the issue I thought that at the very least a single journey from that bus stop would be offered as a gesture of goodwill. No was the answer. Rule 101 in customer service is keep long standing customers onside.

Time table for 702 says 13.39 for Shankill. It arrived at 13.31 so my friend missed it. Please change timetable on website. It was very annoying for her. Otherwise it’s a great service.

I had a horrible experience with aircoach. I waited for 2 1/2 hrs for a bus to take me to Belfast airport. After an hr I received an email saying my trip would be delayed an hr, I waited and ended up having to get my parent to rush me to the airport as I nearly missed my flight. I emailed twice and had no reply so I rang up, to speak with a rude customer service advisor. Who gave me attitude from the beginning, and told me I couldn’t get a refund because the bus turned up despite me standing there and seeing it did not. He then continued to argue with me on the phone about the situation, accused me of lying. I ended up hanging up with no refund and deciding to never use the service again.

Absolutely horrendous service. Simply asked was this the right bus and was rudely dismissed. We presented our tickets and were huffed at and told snarkily to just get on the bus. Have never dealt with such vindictive service on public transport

The 702 bus due at 11:05 on 7th January at Glasthule did not stop. When I rang I was advised they could not contact the driver. When I made a formal complaint, part of the response was to refund me the cost of the fare and describe this as a gesture of good will. I would expect a gesture of good will to be compensation over and above the statutory refund which was due to me as the service I signed up for was not provided by Aircoach.
