The bus was 30 minutes late, and there was no communication to inform passengers . An email was only sent 47 minutes later, which is entirely unacceptable.

Extremely hot on bus, no air conditionning. Despite reaching out to customer service no attempt to compensate or understand the situation. No airconditioning on a paid expensive bus service is not acceptable today. "The ventilation on our buses allows fresh, ambient air moving through the bus using an automatic thermostat that controls the system, which prevents the air becoming too close and stagnant. This works in the same way as a fan and keeps the air circulating. However, if the ambient temperature is high, then that will be the temperature of the air being circulated. Our drivers do not have the control of climate in the passenger area of the bus." Basically no airconditioning just fans. Not happy not expecting to travel on a paid service for such disregard of customers.

Buying a ticket does not guarantee a seat contrary to what we were told when buying the ticket. When we were told we couldn't board we were told that the unused ticket would be refunded, but their customer service relies on small print in the T&C to refuse. Moral of the story don't believe what their staff tell you

My bus was cancelled and I was asked to contact support for a refund. I contacted support for a refund and was told my ticket was not refundable because I didn’t take the flexible ticket. This is a scam, the person who got the ticket didn’t even take the time to read it, waste of my time.

I am disappointed with the way my recent issue was handled. I booked tickets for several passengers via the Ryanair platform for a transfer to the airport. Although I selected the correct travel date during the booking process, the tickets I received were for a different day. When I contacted Aircoach to request a change, I was told to reach out to Ryanair. While I understand the booking was made through their platform, Aircoach is the actual service provider and, in my opinion, the most appropriate party to handle such a change. It was frustrating to be redirected instead of receiving assistance. I expected better support and more flexibility from your team.

Booked and paid for the trip from Dublin City Centre to Dublin Airport, only to be made aware after I paid that we were only allowed two bags...and we had three .. Nowhere was it made clear to me that this was the case before I paid.. and no refunds .. 12 pounds wasted .. Need to have this info up front when you are going to book .. Very poor service and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone ... Australian travellers

I had booked a coach for early in the morning, only to realise that it had been suddenly cancelled. Had I not checked my email before leaving my home, I would have made a futile trip to the bus stop. However, this is just the beginning. To get my refund, I had to walk through chains of emails providing multiple financial details from virtual card number to bank transaction authorisation code to my bank account details to get the money, which was duly mine. It was a harrowing process to get the refund, which should have been a simpler process like any other online transaction. Hopefully, I get my refund as I am waiting for it to reflect in my bank account. This experience has deterred me from making any bookings with this coach, which is a shame.

The aircoach no longer operates from my area so I had to take two other modes of transport just to get to a stop that it goes from. I booked online only then to get an email to say that that time/route was cancelled. Very inconvenient as my only options then were to get multiple modes of transport with cases or fork out about 100 for a taxi. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible customer service and extremely unhelpful. They saved my card information without consent and charged me for tickets I did not buy nor receive. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

Bus never came, I had to get a taxi to be on time for my flight. They made the error, and should pay the difference between the fare that I had paid and the taxi fare. I was advised that I could get the next bus. I would have missed flight...

Buses not frequent enough. Limited hours for actually speaking to customer service. Long journey times - no express option

Driver failed to stop for no clear reason. Extremely poor response after numerous emails. AirCoach’s service has deteriorated significantly in recently in recent years. I won’t be using time any time soon.

Avoid at all costs We booked a return journey from Dublin AirPort to the City Centre Our pick location was bus stop 2507 for the return journey. We arrived at the location in plenty of time. Sat in the bus stop waiting then the bus arrived and drove straight past without stopping. Although Aircoach offered a refund of the return journey we were still out pocket for 30 euros we paid for a taxi. Apparently according to Aircoach it was our responsibility to be there on time for a journey which we were. Not there fault that the driver never stopped thus causing our financial loss. Terrible customer service. I would use the Dublin Express next time

You refused to credit me with refund, eventhough I cancelled the evening before. Not a good way to do business. Not a contact number to be found either. If one cant use the service, we should be refunded.

You cannot book for a Saturday when using a mobile phone. The timetable is set up for booking via tablets or laptops.

I booked a return Aircoach ticket alongside my Ryanair flight booking. Unfortunately, they got the direction of travel wrong - simple mistake, but apparently not so simple to get it rectified. When I contacted you, you said that I must contact Ryanair and when I contacted Ryanair, they told me to resolve it with Aircoach!!
