Due to an Aircoach online booking glitch, a pensioner did a double seat reservation booking using her pension travel card (within a few minutes of each other). This was reported immediately. Being a double booking and having to validate the travel card for a trip on the same bus at the same time, it is obvious that the error is for Aircoach to recognise and refund the 8 euro's. But no, Aircoach response is that the flexibook option was not utilised ... therefore no refund. Crazy, but 8 euro will not make them rich ... but it is a lot to a pensioner.

Coach never turned up. I waited at the bus stop for 45 minutes. Requested a refund and was refused. Disgraceful service

My coach was cancelled and we had to get a taxi to the airport. Requesting a refund was not straightforward but quite convoluted. My refund was not for the full price that I paid but was one Euro less for each ticket. So I paid for zero service.

The tickets were sent to the wrong email address. We desperately tried to get in contact with the company so we could receive them. 2 days later we received a copy of the tickets. 2 days after we needed them. So we had to take a taxi and have and the expense of 2 useless tickets plus taxi fees! Your company needs to have a reasonable contract person and not a useless AI.

Twice in the last two weeks having bought ticket online the coach has not shown up . The first response I got for the first journey was that it was late.. I do not believe this. The bus only comes from Dalkey and my stop Glasthule is the second stop. Not acceptable. Today, after waiting 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, I called your office , and was told the 9.06 from Dalkey to the airport wasn’t running, no warning, nothing. I am disgusted at this poor service and will be contacting local media to report this. Completely unacceptable

Bought a ticket online (for specific departure time in Dublin centre). Went to bus stop 30 minutes earlier. The bus was there but no driver (nor did the driver show up for the next 3 departure times) so I had to take a cab to the airport. Aircoach refused to refund my ticket because I hadn't bought a flex one even though they did NOT provide the service I had paid for. It was ok for their customer service that the driver arrived eventually albeit more than 37 minutes late?! Highly unreliable provider and poor customer service. Not recommended

Poor and unreliable very late service by Aircoach .impossible to reach the office by phone long prerecorded message but no one to ask. Missed light as a result.Communication with with update about the no show Aircoach was a total let down. Will make other arrangements to get to the airport. The service is not as good as it once was.

I wrote feedback to you regarding the failure to deliver a service 700 on 17 Sept 2025. Aircoach to be fair wrote back to me confirming that service failure. However you failed to acknowledge that AT LEAST 4 separate services failed to eventuate that evening. 5 passengers waiting for nearly 1 hour were forced to make taxi /uber arrangements. Abysmal.

My wife and I were getting the aircoach to Dublin at 7pm on 5/9/25, five minutes before the aircoach was due we received an email cancelling the service and saying that the next one at 23:00 was full. We were forced to get a taxi home (our second of the day) to drive to Dublin instead. Thirty minutes later, after we had already arrived home, we received another email saying that it was back on and would be arriving around 19:45, which we would no longer make as we had already traveled home due to the first email stating its cancellation If we had been informed of a potential replacement bus we would have waited for that one, instead we had to pay €60 for two taxis, €140 for parking in a Dublin airport hotel that we had to drive to as well as €66 in unused aircoach tickets. This is all due to poor service and incompetent communication of the aircoach, if it was possible they would be getting zero stars.

Sorry but to change terms/conditions of a ticket and not advise the customer?! If a departure point/time changes, those with a ticket should be contacted about the change.

I bought the ticket on the airport, with the QR code. Easy. But the aircoach busses didn’t ride. I don’t even get my money back, because I didn’t buy an additional something?? My advise: take an Uber!!

Over a number of years I have had many good experiences with Aircoach. The route from Greystones that serviced Shankill was fabulous to have, and it is very disappointing to no longer have this option. However recently I had quite a stressful experience due to the non arrival of the aircoach at the Stillorgan Talbot Hotel stop. Whilst waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes none of the 3 scheduled buses arrived, and I had to resort to getting a taxi in order to make my flight. I subsequently discovered that all Aircoaches had been cancelled around this time but there was no notification on the website. It is vital that Aircoach offers a reliable service - or at least notifies customers of any changes in advance.

I'm a regular Aircoach user and think the service is generally pretty good. However, on a recent occasion my bus was cancelled. There was no communication from Aircoach about the cancellation and so a group of us waited at the stop for over 40 mins until deciding to get a taxi to the airport rather than miss our flights. Aircoach obtain an email address and phone number at the time of booking so have a means of contacting passengers in the event of a cancelled service. Clearly a delay of this magnitude should have been communicated to those who had purchased tickets. When I contacted Aircoach for a refund for the cancelled service, they stated that I was not entitled to one as had booked a standard rather than Flexi-Plus ticket. When I pointed out that this was irrelevant, given that they had cancelled the service, they still refused to refund the ticket. I persisted with this and managed to eventually get a refund. Going forward, Aircoach have a duty to passengers to inform them about a service which has been cancelled and should automatically refund passengers in the event of a cancelled service. They have managed this appalling in this instance.

This service is horrible and I wouldn't rebook or recommend this service/business to anyone. I recently went to Ireland after purchasing my Aircoach transfer from Dublin Airport to the City Centre as an addition on my flight package. On arrival in Dublin, I asked the Aircoach staff about my 10:50am transfer and they told me the coach was cancelled and the next service was sometime after 11am. This company never emailed me about the cancelation and are refusing to refund me because they're saying the service was only 9mins late, which I was never told on my arrival. It's best not book this service. Please consider the other options, which are all available just outside Dublin Airport.

The 702 service did not turn up. I booked my ticket in advance. I waited at the stop for 30 minutes and had to take a taxi to the airport instead. There was no information about the cancelled service on the website. I attempted to contact Aircoach via their phone number but the phone lines are closed at weekends. I contacted aircoach via email and they have agreed to refund the cost of the ticket. However it seems like they will take no action to notify customers in advance of cancellations or even at the time of service. I would not recommend this company at all.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I am no longer in need of the service and had to cancel it, well in advance I might add, but no refund will be issued. This absolutely ridiculous, I would understand if I had cancelled last minute but there is still plenty of time until the service is scheduled. Awful experience.I will not be using this service again.

Removed from bus one stop after we boarded. We then had to take an uber to airport or risk missing our flight. Aircoach would not offer a refund for our tickets because we could have used them again (even though they had already been scanned when we got on the bus and we had left the country ) absolutely pathetic customer service.

The bus was cancelled less than 2 hours before scheduled departure (5:30 from Dalkey). I don’t recommend them.

While on my way to dublin for a national cocktail competition we were stopped on the motor way for 2 full hours ,after the issue was resolved instead of going to the city center we were dropped off at dublin airport and told to wait another hour for a bus to take us the the city which I might remind you is another 40 min drive. What should have been a 3 hr journey took nearly 7 hours and I was forced to drop out of my competition (the only reason I had gone to dublin) because I was late ,I have sent a request for a refund and just got an email saying my refund request was denied . This is absolutely ridiculous ,everyone on that bus on the 8th of September 12 pm 704x service should get a full refund and its ridiculous that you are denying our requests for that. I will never be tra Eling with aircoach again and will be making several public posts on this atrocious behaviour
