On the Aircoach with 3 kids under the age of 7, for 1 hour 15 minutes from Leopardstown into T2, on a hot day in June and no Air Con on the bus. Everyone asking the driver to turn it on and the best he could do is partially open the sky light 20 minutes out from the Airport. If the Air Con is broken on the bus, it shouldn’t be in service. The last 30 minutes of the journey was terrible. Bad way to start the Holiday.

My bus did not show up on time this morning. We stayed 15 minutes past departure time and it had not showed up and neither had the bus scheduled 15 minutes before us so we had to catch a taxi. Stefan Thomas

Very unreliable and reduced service frequency recently. DO NOT BOOK RETUN on the bus! Ticket was bought as return on The bus on 19th of June. When attempting to take a return coach at 20:10 four days later after having already waited for 30 minutes, Priority was given to passengers booked online. So they promoted me to the bottom of the queue as single female passenger. After online bookers were on board four paces were free, most of them were given to men.

Absolute waste of time! Booked a ticket at the desk at Dublin airport, was told there would be a bus in 15 minutes. We then stood and waited for an hour and 15 minutes in which time 3 busses should have arrived. No sign of any busses and the staff on the desk made false claims that they were checking where the busses were without doing anything. When a refund was requested we were informed this isn’t policy unless you had bought the add on. Lying and uninformed staff working for a shambles of a company that isn’t fit for purpose

Bus driver ID 991086 has a very bad attitude. He double charged my tickets and had a very bad attitude. I don’t want him ruin the reputation of the lovely Dublin. Anyway I gave the feedback to the bus company already. This driver is totally unprofessional. The bus is ok. The driver does matter

Booked Aircoach day before, arrived at stop 10 minutes before scheduled arrival and took taxi after bus didn't show up 15 minutes after scheduled arrival. Contact Aircoach who admitted that bus was canceled and refused to provide a refund.

The coach never arrived, forcing me and other travelers to find alternative transport to the airport. Customer support was very unhelpful, stating that tickets are non-refundable if the coach doesn’t show up, as they are marked as 'Scanned', even if you brought the useless ticket insurance. This would suggest there ticket-monitoring system is either incapable of checking which tickets are used, or they do not care enough to check the system. I would not rely on this coach to get to the airport, it's better to use Dublin Express coaches.

We booked the wrong date, we booked for June 23rd instead of the 24th. We realised immediately after the I selected the wrong date. I tired to call, but they were closed for the weekend. I called today (Tuesday), I spoke with a customer services representative named Givoni. He asked with we purchased the flexibook, we did not. We usually do, but thought our flights to the US are booked so we will just leave it. He then asked if we called immediately, I said that we did, but it was on Friday evening and you were closed on the weekend. He basically called us liars, and was very unhelpful. He also said the if we would of called within 48hrs then he could amend the booking. You were closed on Saturday and Sunday, so this is within 48hrs. He then says then you should of called yesterday. Unfortunately that was not a possibility. He refused to help. I get it I booked the wrong date, but there should be some leeway without having to purchase add ons.

I’m disappointed with company, I paid for flexibook option which do not work when I needed to use and company ignore my refund request. I have no other option like taki this matter further to 1) National Transport Authority (NTA) 2) European Consumer Centre Ireland 3) Small Claims Court I feel let down by Aircoach

The express coach 704x Dublin airport terminal 2 to cork at 0:25 am on Sunday the 15 of June 2025 let two aircoatch workers on, and left three passengers. It then proceeded to drive away as if we where not there. I had to spend the night sleeping at Dublin airport for the 6 am bus

The service itself while on board is generally quite good. The drivers have consistently been polite, professional, and helpful, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer support has been abysmal to say the least. I contacted their team after I missed a bus that departed earlier than the scheduled time. After some back and forth, the person I was talking to acknowledged that the bus had indeed left ahead of schedule, yet refused to issue a refund for the ticket. Instead, I was advised to arrive five minutes earlier for future trips. This is unacceptable. If buses are allowed to depart before the advertised time, then the published schedule is misleading. Advising customers to arrive earlier as a solution, while admitting fault, is not only inadequate—it shows a lack of accountability. It’s even more frustrating considering I’ve previously tolerated delays without complaint. This situation, however, crosses a line. The continued reliance on terms and conditions, rather than offering fair customer service when the company is at fault, is disappointing. I asked why the published departure time wasn’t adjusted to reflect the possibility of early departures, and received no clear response. They suggested that I provide feedback, so here it is. I hope they take it seriously and work toward improving the customer experience beyond the journey itself.

I was told over the phone that I would get a refund for my journey as I had tried to reschedule online with my flexibook ticket but the website crashed. I called back 10 minutes later and was refused the refund.

I’ll NEVER use Aircoach again. They put me through all the motions of booking a seat, even taking my money and then sending me a notification saying “your card has been charged but no booking was made” Took me HOURS & HOURS to get a refund.
