Absolutely appalling communication! I was due to go to Chicago on St Patrick's Day with work. I am cabin crew and booked my bus online from Upper Queen St, Belfast to Dublin Airport. I arrived 30mins prior to leaving. When it was time to get on the bus, there was no bus! An employee then proceeded to tell those waiting at Upper Queen St it was now to leave from the bus station which was 10min away. This was not advertised on the ticket! I had 2 bags and was wearing heels only to be informed I had to do a 10min walk to catch a bus! As a result I and the others waiting all missed the bus. After complaining, Aircoach give no email, no apology, nothing! I missed my flight. I didn't get compensation and lost out on getting paid. I then had to pay another bus (Translink) to take me to Dublin airport! I and others were extremely disappointed and totally disgusted at the response of the company. This company is unreliable and I will not be using this service in the future and will be telling as many people as I can not to be booking or depending on this service. They have extremely bad customer service and duty of care. Lynsey Graham

A disabled passenger was told they could not bring their mobility scooter with them on the bus. After some discussion we managed to get it on board but had to pay an additional charge. Very upsetting for the person involved.

I had a booking with Ryanair for my car parking at Luton from 18th to 30th April. My wife has been diagnosed with breast cancer with her operation scheduled over this period. I needed to change my flight & car parking to September dates. I am advised that the car parking is via aircoach who I need to contact directly. I have attempted to get in touch to change my booking for several days now, but cant find any form on the web site (as advised) or telephone number (without huge waiting times) to get the booking changed or cancelled. I need some urgent help here, so please send a link, form or something that will allow me to get this sorted. I have created an aircoach account, but this has not helped. Thank you & hope to hear from someone.

Poor unreliable service which did not arrive at the allocated stop on our return to the airport. We waited 30 minutes but no bus arrived, this left us with no option other than to take a taxi which cost over 30 euros. No refund was offered by the company who in my opinion should not be advertising a return service and selling tickets at a reduced cost if bought as a return fare, when they cannot deliver a service to their customers. Very disappointed to learn that this seems to happen frequently. If I had read the reviews beforehand I would not have booked this service.

Tickets are non refundable, although the fault was not mine! We have received an answer that all communication about the diversion was done in the website, while I had not received any such communication when entered website.

Arrived at leeson st bridge today at 13.15 to find 13.17 aircoach had already left as I saw it turn over leeson street bridge

Just off the bus to Dublin the driver was called. Martin best pr for aircoach Such a lovely eloquent gentleman Delighted fir our foreign guests. Well done Martin

Very Poor customer service and flexibility. I booked a flight from the US, which was changed by the airline. Because I had not paid for the flexi ticket option, Aircoach refused to allow my family to reschedule. I am now faced with having to go and book 5 tickets again at great cost. For a family that had not been home to Ireland for nearly ten years it was bitterly disappointing. I will be at the bus station to ensure the 5 tickets I did pay for have empty spaces. Very very disappointing.

Bus 702 did not even arrive. Had to get a taxi to the airport. No notification to me bus was cancelled on the day or at the time of booking. Nobody in office answering phone. Booked ticket online. Had to ask for a refund.This should have happened automatically. Needs to be better.

Such an appalling service. Last bus to Bray used to be at 8 o'clock which was ridiculous enough, but now the service has been stopped completely!! Quite unbelievable that this is apparently one of the wealthiest counties in Europe with a population that are basically dependent upon the airport for travel abroad and this is the situation to get from a highly densely populated suburb of the capital city to the airport. A taxi to the airport costs me well above what I would be paying to travel to another european city and this appallingly limited bus transport 'service' (which does not service my area or anywhere in the vicinity of it) is the only alternative. They have us by the balls

I had a very disappointing experience with Aircoach’s customer service at Dublin airport. The staff member was extremely rude and shouted at myself and my elderly relatives over a minor delay. Despite our ticket clearly stating our baggage allowance, she insisted on charging extra and continued to shout at us and misbehaving to a customer with unacceptable attitude. When I asked for her name or ID to escalate the issue, no one provided it, which was very frustrating. I want to highlight that it’s not about the money, but the way we were treated. We were running with luggage, and my relatives, who are over 70, were extremely tired. While the driver was very helpful and supportive, the staff member’s behavior was unacceptable. I hope Aircoach can address this issue as after today experience i would never try aircoach again and would really not recommending this to any friend.

Waited for a pre-booked coach to the airport that never arrived. No communication whatsoever about the cancelled service from Aircoach (despite having booked in advance). About a dozen people stranded at the stop, including two people in wheelchairs. There’s no excuse for not informing customers. Poor service and no refunds either.

The 702 due at 10.42 on 4th March at Clayton Ballsbridge didn’t turn up. I tried to track it on line but there was no service available. Just not acceptable
