App not working and allows you complete your booking, Aircoach takes their money and then tells you it isn't working so please contact them! You have to phone, then you are told to book online only and not use the App. No notification is put on the App to warn you. This has been an ongoing problem for two months now that I know of. Awful.

Bus was cancelled at Dublin Airport on 29 March 2025 after I disembarked from a long haul flight. I was informed that my ticket would not guarantee seat on the next bus as this was fully booked. I then had to get a taxi to catch a train to get home which has left out of pocket on expense. I will not be using this service again and will encourage my work colleagues not to use it either.

Make sure to send people warnings about diversions, because no pop up appeared on your website, and not everyone follows you on social media.

A declining company, driven by profit over customer satisfaction. Last coach to south Dublin now leaves Dublin Airport even before the last planes land, leaving a lot of people facing a huge taxi fare. I'm sure a couple of their routes are adequate but for a capital city their service just isn't good enough, regular enough, broad enough or reliable enough so the sooner they get replaced on some routes by a decent company the better.

Air vents on the bus not working and temperature and air was at an unhealthy level. Very uncomfortable

Booked a service from Belfast to Dublin Airport. The driver did not show up. The driver who left our coach said we would be reimbursed for alternative transport. This was 3am and the only way we could get to Dublin Airport on time for our flight (we had already waited a significant amount of time for the driver) was you get a taxi. Aircoach have just said they do not refund taxi fares. So I am now £200 out of pocket for their error....I'll never book with them again

Bus left early. I was at the platform before departure time but saw the bus driving away as I was on the escalator. Very disappointing when the next one is 2 hours away.

The ticket I initially purchased did not get scanned in your machine which led be to buy another ticket. I didn’t select the flexi option bcoz I knew I was not gonna cancel the ticket. The mishap happened from your end and you still refuse to refund me which is simply appalling to say the least. If you can’t return ppl the extra money you are taking from them atleast fix your system so that we don’t land in a situation where I have to buy another one bcoz your stupid system phone scan the first one. I am no longer travelling with air coach after this treatment. It’s sad you are willing to lose customers rather than fix your mistakes

The bus never arrived. I arrived to the stop in Dún Laoghaire with other passengers (around 10 people) 20 minutes earlier, and waited 30 minutes passed the time the bus was supposed to arrive. We couldn't track the bus with the app, and couldn't reach the company by phone (the phone number doesn't exist). After 30 minutes, some people called a taxi, I took the DART to the city center and then the Dublin express to the airport. It turned out to be the best option even if I had to run to catch my flight.

I tried to change my ticket from 7:15 am to 6:30 am the same day and was told NO. I have given then one month notice and cannot believe this would be that much of a problem for them to change. I assume that they do not care very much for their customers. They could care less if you use their transportation or not!!!

I'm finding it impossible to book tickets on your website. And when I rang your office looking for assistance I got none. It appears you can't accept bookings over the phone now!!. What a " service ".🙄

I had a really frustrating experience with a driver. After I submitted a ticket, I got back a completely generic response, which felt pretty impersonal. Honestly, I was just hoping for a bit more understanding and a more human approach from both the driver and customer support.

I am in my 70s and found it very difficult to get on the coach as it is too high off the ground. It was embarrassing as another passenger had to assist me. Also the coach stopped at Terminal 2 and I had to walk to T1. Also I did not find the driver helpful. It is useless if you have a mobility issue but don’t use a wheelchair.

Only providing 1 star as there is no space for 0 stars. Issued me the wrong ticket online. Wouldn't refund amend to the correct times I had booked for. Said they would issue a refund if I bought a second ticket instead! There are plenty of operators offering this service - just don't use Aircoach!!

At the moment I am waiting with around 30 people at Terminal 1. We were all denied boarding on #700 because we had return tickets booked for later bus. The bus departed almost empty, but the driver wouldn't let us on. Apparently, we should have got the flexi fare. How was I going to change my return time half the way through my flight was not explained.

I have taken the Aircoach multiple times since living in Dublin and I have had zero issues until today, March 23. I booked a return ticket for Sunday, March 22 at around 11:30 pm and I accidentally got the date wrong when I booked the ticket and I was talking to the drive and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. In addition, I booked another ticket for the bus an hour later and the wrong time was selected. I spoke to the attendant who was working that night and she was great and super helpful, explaining it it should not be a big deal and I would get on the bus given that it was 1 am. I got to the bus ready to explain what happened and I was greeted with the driver being extremely rude to not only me but others who accidentally made this mistake as well. I understand the policies in place, however that does not give drivers who willingly chose this job to be rude to customers. I hope you guys tell them and do better.

I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They sold me the wrong ticket and refused to refund me, which is absolutely ridiculous. Not only was I stuck with a ticket I didn’t need, but their customer service was absolutely unhelpful and dismissive. I regret choosing Aircoach and will NEVER use them again. If you're looking for a hassle-free travel experience, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
