“Made a mistake with return date and tried to change ticket days in advance and was told nothing they could do. Had to purchase an additional ticket. Terrible customer service.”

“i just need to say phoned customer service on hold first in queue still had to wait 10 minutes got through to someone and they had no idea how to help me waste of time”

“The driver was listening music very loud al the way. And when I asked him to make it not that noise because it’s night, his answer was that it’s keeps him awake. Does it mean that he didn’t sleep enough and he was sleepy at work? Not really saved journey!!!!”
