Today a driver didn't let us get on because he told him we were late! The bus left at 8 and left minus 5. We also asked him why, if he has space and while we were discussing we could already be upstairs, and he didn't answer us, it seemed like he wasn't listening to us. A bad person.

We do accept your senior travel pass, on the Greystone Killiney and Leopardstown route and soon Cork and Galway we'd love to learn more about how we can better accommodate seniors in the future. Driver did not help put any cases into the bus on outward journey. When boarding the bus at the airport, which was approximately 15 minutes late,people who had not previously booked were allowed to board before people who had booked. When I showed my QR code I was told it was invalid although it definitely was for that specified journey, however, thankfully we were allowed to board the bus. The service in no way compares to the friendly airporter service.

Our flight was delayed for about 15 minutes and after arrival we were in a queue for customs. We made our way to the Aircoach pick up point and discovered it was already gone. I then tried to book to tickets for the next bus and there wasn't any available until 8.35 pm. We now have to travel into Belfast Bus depot and try and get a bus home even though we purchased return tickets.

very comfortable and enjoyable for late nights early mornings as bus drivers explain to everyone the rules of phones and headphones etc. very spacious seats that are also comfortable. all drivers are extremely nice would highly recommend to anyone looking

Tried to get from O’Conell Street lower with the Air Coach line 700 to the Airport. Scheduled departure 17:31. Driver didn’t have a good day, you could see it in his face already when he departed to check the luggage doors. Anyway. Acc. to internet, leap card is accepted by air coach. Driver informed me that the leap card was not accepted. I didn’t discuss much, simply informed him that only a week ago I came in from the airport, paying with the leap card. He claimed that it was not possible, which obviously was wrong. Next I tried my German debit card, which he claimed was not accepted. Then I tried my UK one which I happened to have at hand as well. He claimed that it was not accepted either. Neither is cash accepted. So I gave up and left. Funny thing is, some observant youngster offered he could try his Irish card to pay for me. That one went through, I payed him back in cash and got on the bus anyway. Please could you check why this driver did not accept the leap card, and was unfriendly and difficult? For a service to an international airport it should be possible to pay without depending on the mercy of a local Samaritan… quite dissatisfying experience.

We are sincerely sorry that you ran into issues trying to board the bus with your Leap Card, we accept most Leap Cards except the Visitor and Annual. We understand your frustration at not being able to pay with your German or UK card, and it was definitely an inconvenience that you had to rely on a kind local Samaritan to help you board the bus. We take matters like this very seriously and we would like to understand what went wrong in your situation. Could you please tell us a bit more about how you experienced the driver and how the payment issues were handled? I often use Aircoach, an excellent service. However the driver today was abrupt, unhelpful, drove too fast, braked too hard and never gave any information about upcoming g stops. His main priority when we stopped was to hop off and vape. This is untypical of the drivers I usually meet and left a very bad first impression on any visitors.

Flexi booking didnt work for me twice. I go on aircoach about every second week if not every week, many many drivers are rude about hearing my situation even though ive called and they said driver should be able go excuse me especially when there is more than half the bus empty! There is this short man that checks tickets usually in cork and ALWAYS has something to say, always cheeky and never kind and welcoming. Aircoach is ALWAYS late coming to pick up people in dublin. And they dont have reduced fares for students! But they have half price fares for young adults leap card, this DOES NOT MAKE SENSE

Driver arrived a couple of minutes late and seemed to be in a hurry, because he tried to close the baggage door while we were still putting our luggage inside. He knew we were getting on the bus because he had asked “Cork?” out the door and I had said yes. I also had a suitcase on me, as did my mother hers, and we were wheeling them towards the baggage compartment. I understand he is not obliged to help, but certainly he could have gotten out of his chair to look and make sure we’d stowed our bags before closing the door. A man passing by leaned in to scold the driver. My mother had been putting her suitcase inside when the door started lowering, and she hurt her arm. Unacceptable.

Passengers putting cases into hold, then being told they had to take them off as there were no seats available. Total confusion, no organisation whatsoever ever. If you are providing a service then please do so! Very, very frustrating for tourists.

Used them few times, but not anymore. Buses are way to old and jeez seats are dirty and death. If you choose to travel with them, never sit nearby toilet.

Driver refused to take my husband onboard stating he was only taking online bookings only. Left him standing at the stop at 4.19 am with option but to look for a taxi from Greystones to airport in order to get his flight

Never again!!! Extremely bad customer service after waiting for 20min one of the sell assistants called me then decided to go to talk to the bus driver and 5 min later the other one told me I need to go on the queue again. Never ever again. Public transport is better faster and drivers has manners.
