“Last time I used Aircoach 4 weeks ago from Cork to Dublin the bus was full of school kids who were vaping, drinking and very abusive. The toilet was honking after they started piling into it drunk Turns out the driver knew the kids, knew they were supposed to be accompanied by an adult and despite complaints from other passengers he did absolutely nothing about their behaviour. It was a hateful experience. Second time using Aircoach today. You boast free WiFi 'and footrests'???? Seriously. That's it? By the way, no WiFi, phone charge points aren't working and almost all the footrests are broken. Coach left Belfast airport an hour ago and we are still sitting at Belfast bus depot. I thought it was supposed to be an airport to airport service. Cheaper and more enjoyable to take the Translink bus in my experience”

“Just missed the 9:45 coach from Dublin T2 to Belfast so had to wait for the 11:45. This coach and driver was very pleasant and we had lots of room. However, drove to T1 and we had to all get out, take our luggage and get on a new coach. this coach had a driver who was very regimented and it was packed. Trip was only okay”

“Hello: As a non-driver, I travel a lot on coaches both in the UK and the U.S. The main difference is that when traveling in the United States, all passenger bags are handled by the driver. In fact, due to liability issues, passengers are not permitted to place their own bags in the coach's storage bins in case someone is injured, or bags are stolen. Compare this with the chaos of 40 people vying for space, many of whom are often seniors like me. (I usually have to wait until the end and ask someone to do this for me when I use Aircoach. Even more important in this scenario (especially in N. Ireland) is the fact that anyone is free to load an incendiary device, or even a bomb, on a public bus. How can this be in a country that is still experiencing incidents related to the Troubles? You must agree it's not very welcoming from a tourist point of view in a city that has become a destination for visitors from all over the world. Thank you for the opportunity to respond. “me and my friend booked the 7:40am bus, and we waited for an hour until the first bus came at 8:40am… not happy, we had a 10:20am flight, and was worried we would miss it if the bus came any later…”

“I use Air coach for 4 years now and the service was always excellent. Today,( 1 May 23, Leopardstown route), the 7am suppressed, without any warning and we are struggling to get to our flight. Impossible to trust the service in this way”

“Timing was great from Cork to Dublin Airport. Smooth ride, convenient however we had to load our luggage ourselves and there was no order bags were everywhere. I had a sore back and this was a problem for me, when we got to the airport I had to climb into the underneath carriage to retrieve my bag. I think it would be so much better if you included helping and organising bags. This actually has kind of turned me off using the service again if I am traveling on my own.”

“We were booked for the 4.35pm Aircoach on Friday 28 April, we were not informed that the bus stop had moved from where we were dropped off on Friday 21 April, we heard afterwards that Aircoach had moved their bus stop on Monday 24 April, we were not informed of this and could easily have missed the bus also the 4.35pm bus going to Derry had broken down and would not be there for another 30 minutes we were informed of this by the Aircoach driver who was driving the 4.35pm bus to Derry, then when 30 minutes expired he told us again it would be another 20 minutes or so. As I said before we were not informed about any of this, nor was any of the other passengers waiting for the bus. I know delays can happen but if we had been informed by email as we have to book online it might not have been so bad. Unfortunately I am a wheelchair user, but fortunately for me I had a seat on the wheelchair whereas the other passengers had to stand all this time and there were about 15-20 people. I think your services need more looking into to let people know what is happening, on this occasion I was very disappointed and I was also very unimpressed with the bus we were travelling on as it could not be lowered and the steps on the bus are very high, I had to get help from the other passengers to help me on the steps, which was very embarrassing. I would like to hear your reply to my correspondence.”
