Although I asked for a ticket to Killiney, the young girl manning the booth at 1730 sold me a ticket to Dublin. Then, she told me the wrong route number. The Dublin bound driver corrected the route number. The Dalkey bound driver luckily didn't charge the extra 15 euros on top of what I paid. However, perhaps for passengers who don't have mobile data as non-EU, a electronic ticketing booth instead of a person who can't be bothered to give the right info is much better.

Your timetable is appalling. I cannot get the times from donnybrook to airport time table for next Monday so I find it impossible to plan my trip. Its an appalling mess which does not show the times of arrival of the buses at donnybrook inward to the airport. it shows the route but when I input origin and then try to input airport as destination it goes blankso I cannot book tickets. need a proper programmer to set up timetable

We also understand your frustrations that the route planner didn't facilitate inputting of donnybrook as an origin and Dublin Airport as a destination. We are looking for ways to make all parts of the Aircoach experience better and we’d love to hear your thoughts on how we can do this. Could you provide some more feedback on how a proper programmer can set up the timetable to make it easier for people to plan their trips? I feel there should be a 24 hr sevice especially for the Summer season.

The bus was full of cans and bottles. The bus driver from Dublin city center to the airport didn't collect them. He seemed a bit impatient, he didn't open the luggage storage for a old lady until another customer came down to put his luggage. He kind gave up to the guy because he could not find the button to open it.

Emails are answered within 48 hours and phones lines can be busy in the evening prior to the office closing at 17:30.

Worst service ever, all the time is frozen in the bus and the drivers don t care if you ask them to stop the air conditioning! This company doesn t care about customers!

I bought a return ticket online for 19 euro. Unfortunately, I miscalculated the return day and was a day late for my return trip. Despite the buses on both trips being nowhere close to full, I was told nothing could be done and I had to pay 17 euro for my return trip. I this was a bit lousy.

Booked a return trip from Belfast to Dublin Airport. Outbound journey was fine, I had no complaints and I would give a 4 Star rating but, the journey back home was horrendous due to one simple problem. Air conditioning. My sister and I were FROZEN. Cold air was blasting out for the entire journey. This was late at night on the 10th April! Not exactly summertime and there was a need for heating on the coach, not icy cold air.

We arrived at our pickup spot on time, but the driver decided to start pulling away despite clearly seeing us and then yelled at us for being late and forcing him to stop where it wasn't permitted. He then proceeded to threaten that we couldn't get on even if we had prepaid tickets, all while opening up the bag storage area. It was our one unpleasant experience in Dublin and a stark contrast to all the other friendly people we met. An unfortunate miserable experience with Aircoach.

I was very much looking forward to your starting the new service to Derry, but I have been disappointed to see you are trying to amalgamate two different services into one. I was a frequent user of your Dublin Airport to Belfast (Glengal Street) service when I was flying into Dublin, and from there I would have taken the regular Translink bus to Derry. I thought your new service would mean an improvement, but it has proven the opposite. Now the frequency of buses doing the Dublin Airport to Belfast has been halved, and not only that, if you take it to go all the way to Derry, you have a longer journey time because you have to stop at Belfast International. Likewise, I was also a regular user of the old Airporter service to Belfast International and again, the frequency was much better before. I am disappointed that the service instead of improving has been diminished. Also, the Dublin Airport to Belfast bus is often very busy, so having it now every other hour has certainly worsened the service. The buses and your drivers are excellent, but the frequency is a big issue.

So disappointing. I was staying at Leeson Lodge (right outside the stop) and legged it out as the bus was boarding. I waited in the queue with everyone else only to be told when I got to the top of the queue that I couldn’t board because the driver “had already boarded all the cases”. He saw me coming. He saw me waiting with the case. He never opened the luggage hold or suggested me having a bag could be a big enough problem not to board. Bear in mind we had loads of time, I queued for a good five minutes and it was carry on luggage (I asked could I keep it on my lap and he flatly refused) and left me in the rain for the next bus. So deeply unpleasant and so deeply unIrish. Never again. Don’t use. None of the generosity of spirit or common decency I know to be the back bone of this country. Get a taxi or a Dublin bus or use any other company at all. Grim. So grim. So unnecessarily unpleasant.
