It's good. However one time, I couldn't catch the bus although I was at the stop waiting for 1 hour only because the bus was not named aircoach and the responsible person didn't even call out at the bus stop that it's an aircoach bus.

It is a great service. but the air conditioning is up very high , very cold and I travel quite a bit with you.

No details of travers from Greystones to airport but i assume its the same from Lidl every 10 min after the hour. I have been traveling since you started and have never had a bad thing to say. Well just one.....many of the drivers cant pronounce the next stop name as i have seen a few disappointments in over shoots.

Route 702 14.05 24/05/2023 Started by one bus parking another in. Driver was so angry he was shouting and swearing. He then was incredibly rude to foreign customers getting onto the bus at T2. He then almost drove into the back of a car. Stopping so hard passenger belongings went flying. Very uncomfortable. No air-conditioning on the bus and he was rude to a fellow passenger asking about it. He was generally unpleasant. The trip felt long and unpleasant.

Scheduled bus No 702 due at 8:17 on May 24 did not arrive at Bray Wilton Hotel. Waited from 7:55am to 8:55 then had to make alternative arrangements to get to airport. Four other people also waiting and no bus arrived.

The bus was going to stop at the Athlone AIT stop and it missed it. when he dropped me off at the next stop, he kindly offered me to take a taxi. I am very unhappy with the service.

Your tweet yet again today of a bus breaking rules of the road seriously questions your approach to road safety. I ask that you set the tone to protect your drivers and passengers safely by using social media to promote safer roads. We all want loved ones who use the road to come home safe. I also as a customer want to know that Aircoach take all possible steps to put road safety first.

Not a good experience for me as website did not confirm if ticket was purchased or not. No status after purchase until too late. I double booked and now I'm trying get refund for the double booking.

Thanks for contacting Aircoach. If your attempted purchase didn’t result in a completed a booking, the pending ‘pre-authorisation’ will not result in a charge and will be cancelled within 3-7 business days. You should continue to make another booking if one is required. In the case of a duplicate charge occurring, this will of course be refunded.

Travelled from Dublin to Derry yesterday on the 15.45 bus, we got on the bus which proceeded about 5 mins around the airport then told to offload and transfer over to another private hired in coach, got to Belfast and we were to told move again to the blue aircoach which was there waiting but before we got off, it was away. The 2 drivers concerned or should I say weren't concerned started debating who's fault it was when questioned, with the follow on driver saying he was going to get another bus and would be 2 minutes. We waited almost 20 minutes by which time we were totally disgusted and we just gave up and caught the 212 back to Derry which got us there 5 minutes quicker despite it's stops. This is a total disgrace and they need to get their act together, I often used the airporter from Derry to Belfast before and they delivered a 1st class service but I doubt if I will ever use Aircoach to Dublin again and certainly wouldn't recommend them in the near future.
