“Was told by Grand Canal Hotel to stand Across the Street from the Aircoach sign at the Old Schoolhouse Hotel. Turns out the stop is about 40 yards from there--I Raced to the coach when it stopped but the driver looked very annoyed that I was not in place immediately. In no way did I cause the coach to be behind schedule. Suggest the driver lend a little grace to an out of town visitor.”

“Good service, quick and efficient. Internet was a bit dodgy! I had a flexi ticket and it says you have to rebook an hour before your booked trip, how can you when you don't know if you will make it or not ? You could be in a plane or at baggage carousel and with minutes to get it as I was. Makes no sense to the customer!”

“On time departure from Dublin airport zone 2 which is very close to arrivals. Leg room space is also good and clean and tidy buses”

“Drivers were great, departure times numerous and regular, and rides were convenient, efficient, and safe. Highly recommend! The only reason I docked a star is because the WiFi didn’t work properly on either bus/route I recently took, forcing me to turn on data roaming.”

“The actual air coach journey was fine and on time but the customer service at the airport pick up stop was not what anyone arriving to Ireland would be happy with. I live in Dublin and I really felt the staff were disinterested, gave very little information and were flippant. It really surprised me.”
