“Aircoach is conveniently located close to my house, hence why I use the service frequently. On the plus side is the 24-hour service, online booking and real-time information about the services. On some occasions, the buses were not properly clean, and on some occasions, the drivers were not polite to passengers, especially tourists that are struggling to find their way or lack good English.”

“The Aircoach was scheduled for 9.15am at O'Connell Street.but did not turn up until 9.47am. This delay meant that what should have been an easy journey using Luas (15 mins) and Aircoach took 90 minutes in total. Awful. By contrast when I arrived in London I got from Heathrow to Farringdon (London EC) in just 44 minutes.”

“Aircoach was on time from departure to arrival. Location to pick up and drop off was also central However,be aware that no air cond is not working. We are traveling beginning of summer n it’s really hot.”

Hi Lucille thanks for the positive feedback and also for taking the time to provide a review. If the air conditioning is off, you can certainly ask the driver to switch it on. We try to keep the coaches at a comfortable temperature, but with temperatures slowly rising, the air conditioning should be switched on. Aircoach Team.

“Good reliable service Dublin city to Belfast and back to Dublin airport. Drivers very helpful and patient with passengers. Seats on blue coach not very comfortable, better on the white one.”

“Generally a great service. However the drivers don't seem to understand how to set the temperature. I'm on the 10:30 bus from Dublin to Cork and its like a sauna in here. Having first doble-checked with some fellow passengers, I went up to the driver and asked if he could adjust the temp. I noticed on his dashboard that it was set to 28 degrees! He made some adjustments and we felt some cold air come through, but only for a while and it is now as hot as ever. I don't want to ask him again. The heater vent under my seat is red hot. Only an hour left to go thank God.”

“The coach was on time in both directions, the driver was very friendly and the coaches were clean and comfortable. It’s great that they had charging points too. My only negative - the signage to the bus stop at Belfast international could be clearer. The remaining questions in this questionnaire are irrelevant?”

“Great service, very busy bus glad I booked in advanced. Missed my bus home by minutes due to flight delay, had to pay again as flexi ticket only gives an hour window to change bus.”

“Never any complaints. Leaves on time, every time. Really really friendly and helpful drivers. First time seeing a man standing at the bus stop in Cork but he was the nicest, genuine man to have working with your company. Devasted I can't remember his name but he deserves a shout out. He was working on the 19th of May at 8am.”

“Booked Flexi and I tried to change my bus several hours before I was due to depart, I was unable to do this online, so I waited some hours until the phone lines opened only to be denied. Your Flexi option is not flexible, and your customer service is terrible. The airporter service previously was exceptional, this new service is subpar. I am a business traveller whose plans can change and I will never use this service again. I honestly feel scammed by your service. I will in future travel by car or rail. Disgusted.”

Hi Christopher, please accept our apologies for your recent experience. In order to be able to make changes to a booking yourself, you are required not to check out as a guest. If you check out as a guest, our customer services team are the only ones that can make changes to your booking. The flexi add on enables you to make changes any time up to one hour prior to the coach departure time. Unfortunately changes cannot be applied to a booking, if the date and time has passed. “The Aircoach service from Belfast to Dublin Airport was on-time, efficient, and at an "easy to get to" departure point. The driver was courteous and the seats comfortable. I would definitely use the service again.”
