I'm trying to book tickets online and the system is sending me round in circles, every time I get to the 'check-out' button it goes to a page asking me to set up an account but does not go to a payment page........very frustrating

Was due to travel via Aircoach from Dublin airport t2 Sunday 29/9/24. Cancelled 2 services between 1530-1630hrs without any explanation. Wasn’t prepared to wait an hour and had to take a taxi €50. Sent email and no explanation. Poor.

The temperature on the bus was excessive with no fresh air. I measured the temperature and it was 27°, I thought that I was going to pass out.

A Poor response from aer coach when wishing to confirm times of buses on a Sunday ! V slow ! And not very accurate on confirmation ! Date not used so did not confirm accurately !

Not cool that the prices fluctuate throughout the day. Airporter had standard prices all day long. Why is this so? It’s a bus not an airplane.

Easy Aircoach 700 service from DUB airport to the new end of line Cherrywood (just after Leopardstown). I bought a return trip at the airport kiosk in advance for two of us. I have done this many times over the years for City Center. On return trip from Cherrywood the 8am left exactly on time (I missed it by 1 minute) but the 9am and 9:30am Aircoach 700 never showed up. I had to hire a taxi for 88Euro to get back on schedule for a 12:15pm flight. I emailed Aircoach for a refund for the two important 700 bus no shows. They returned my inquiry with a denial of refund stating I needed to buy an additional coverage (Flexibus) of which I was never informed at time of purchase. Sounds like there were a dozen other travelers that had the no show Aircoach 700 on that day. Please improve your service and your refund policy for lack of service.

Rude and abrupt ground crew. My case was taken out of my hand and I was rushed on board at Dublin Airport T2. The Aircoach App would not display my pre paid ticket, so I had to buy another one as people were all waiting for me so the bus would depart. The buses are a decade old and the stop announcements are made by the driver, without benefit of a microphone or speaker system. The service was good some years ago, but now it is slow and penny pinching.

Bought a return ticket from Dublin airport to Leopardstown outward journey good return journey 2 coaches the17-54 & 18-25 where drop off only had to pay for a taxi to Get back to the airport this was on the 14/09/24 would like an answer please

The app and the website have completely different timetables… my bus says 06:49 on one and 07:15 on the other …. Please give an accurate time.

The 702 service has become unreliable. The journey takes too long and there is always cancellations. I got notified at 0227am that my bus at 0545am was cancelled. The service was brilliant before they had changed it. It’s quicker to get Dublin Bus and the Dart.

I bought the ticket for 4:05 in the morning in Dun Laoghaire and planned to be at the bus stop 15 minutes earlier due to safety reasons. For my surprise, when I was walking to the bus stop, I saw it coming (the bus was 20 minutes earlier) and I literally had to run to not miss it. Another passenger did the same. The bus should come on time. I'm certain other people missed it.

I bought flexi return tickets for aircoach Belfast to Dublin return. When I tried to change the date the system wouldn’t allow it so I had to buy two new single seats Dublin to Belfast which cost £25.49 Why am I only getting €22 refund? Thank you

The response to my query did not address the point I made. I was only making a comment that it is unfortunate not to be able to cancel a booking regardless of whether the flexi option is purchased or not. The point is I was not looking for a refund but trying to avoid leaving a booking in place and wasting a seat that someone else could have.

Having returned from a fantastic holiday to be greeted by a rude aircoach staff member. I will never use the bus service again. Even though I paid for the ticket online and had the QR code she got really argumentive because one of their drivers scanned my code earlier. I thought that I would have to call the Garda if she didn't allow me on the bus. Unfortunately she is unsuitable as a customer service person. On a positive note there was a toilet on the bus.

In late June, my partner and I purchased return tickets from Dublin Airport to Shankill. We left for the airport on July 1st, the day Aircoach came out with a new schedule. Maybe someone forgot to tell the driver or maybe he just couldn't be bothered setting out an hour earlier but the bus never showed up. Trying to get in touch with Aircoach was an exercise in frustration. We ended up having to catch an "ordinary" bus to downtown Dublin, a bus that stopped at each and every stop along the way. After a 30 min. wait, we managed to get an Aircoach from Westmorland St to the airport where we just managed to catch our plane. A most frustrating, unnecessary and stressful time. An email to Aircoach was met with a weak response; the reason behind our bus not showing up was due to "operational issues" whatever that means. No offer of a refund. Very disappointing experience overall.

The new timetables were billed as new services, but for those living in South Dublin, they are a serious deterioration in Service. They journey on the 702/703 line from Ballsbridge used take around 40 minutes. It now takes about 90 minutes. Also the price was increased significantly, even though the tolls are no longer part of journey.

I used the Aircoach service on 08/09/24 from Derry to Dublin airport terminal 1. Booking reference number: CXLD-SYGS-OECO In Derry the driver was friendly. Then at 3am on 08/10/24 the bus arrived at Terminal 1 and I wanted to pick up my luggage. Someone had pushed one of the bags too far and it could have been easily picked up by opening the luggage compartment on the other side. When I asked to open the compartment on the other side of the bus so that I could pick up the bag, the driver or whoever he was was rude to me with a stern look and ordered me to take the bag out myself. I crawled into the compartment myself and pulled out the bag. I am not a young man, I am 61. Therefore the rating for service is 2. I was left with the feeling that I was not a local and that is why he behaved this way. If necessary, you can watch the recording from the CCTV cameras.
