Everything would be ok, but WHY WHY there is not nite service Dublin airport to Cork anymore? My plane arrived 1 .30 am ( on time) and there is nothing you can do.. then you will have bus leaving every hour and 10 people sitting in it ..

I am a regular Aircoach passenger on 704X service, usually very pleased (5 star), but lately wifi is very weak or non-existent (2 star). I have reported this to Aircoach, was advised to give this 'feedback' to Aircoach via a review. Hence writing. I can give the vehicle reg no. if contacted by Aircoach but situation applies to several.

No help from staff at Derry, even thou the driver had support to check people in. No separation of luggage for different stops. On arrival at International airport, driver so busy checking people in no help again, even thou luggage had moved during journey to back of compartment and new boarders were putting their luggage in as well. What has happened to the Airporter Service- it was always attentive and informative.

And where is Greystones?! If it weren't for the reliable drivers, it would be one or zero stars!! Andrzej

Aircoach pre booked journey was cancelled at 23.15 the night before travel. I had to make very late alternative arrangements. I had to apply for a refund, this was handled efficiently. I would use Aircoach again as this was my only bad experience in many uses of the Aircoach service.

I booked the Aircoach while waiting at Gatwick Airport expecting to arrive in Belfast at about 5.50pm so I decided to book a ticket on the 6.10pm coach from Belfast Airport to Derry. I had heard a rumour that the flight might be delayed so I decided to fork out an extra £3 for the "flexi" option. When my flight was delayed I tried to alter my ticket to the 8.10pm service but I was charged an extra £2. What the heck was the "flexi" all about? Then I tried to hand over my QR code on the bus but the driver, in quite an unfriendly manner, insisted on seeing the time on my ticket. The QR code was never used. When I left the bus in Derry I said "thank you" to the driver and he just grunted and looked the other way. What happened to the friendly staff I had heard so much about?

The 702 used to be a great service, absolutely unreliable now.

When it runs, it’s fine. However, if it doesn’t run, despite taking your contact details, they don’t contact you. Given that this is a service specifically designed to service air passengers, it isn’t good enough to leave people stranded. When I complained I got neither an apology nor a refund

Arrived 00.20 on 2/3 for the 00.25 service to Leopardstown. Had checked timetable online to see if any changes as was aware of route changes as of march 1st Was told no service until 03.20 under new changes which had not been published Had to get a taxi . Timetable has still not been updated to reflect new times. Not good enough

The coaches are comfortable and fast and the fare is reasonable, but it is astonishing that there are just two stops north of the river (Drumcondra and O'Connell Street) - for example, there should surely be one on Dorset Street beside the Mater Hospital on Eccles street. There is a large population of permanent residents as well as dedicated student housing in the local area including Phibsborough/Broadstone as well as all the nurses and doctors in Temple Street Hospital and the Mater, one of Ireland's busiest hospitals. The current set up means taking the Aircoach for locals involves the coach passing through the place we need to disembark but can't, and then going all the way into the city and then back out again. Please can you add just one stop at the Dorset street/Eccles street junction? It would be extremely helpful for the more than over 4,220 staff of the Mater as well as the sizeable local population.

The routes are simply getting worse by the alteration. Anyone could have told you that the Greystones route, about a year old , was ridiculously long meandering through shankill, Killiney and Dalkey. Now the new route from Dalkey doesn’t go through the tunnel making it unnecessarily long. Furthermore, there is no bus along the N11 anymore. You’re losing money because people are voting with their feet. Marketing department clearly out of touch and a section where savings could be made.

Normally a wonderful service. Driver on 6 am coach from Cork, driving too fast, erratic, beeping horn constantly, did not feel safe.

I think it’s appalling that this service was able to cancel the my selected service not even 24 hours before hand. No alternative route was suggested. And the fact that I was not automatically given a refund- that I’ve had to apply for one is terrible service.

Service is very long and the routes go around the world. The lady working at Dublin airport terminal 1 was very rude and lacked customer service skills. Asked her to repeat an answer and she said “I’ve already told you”.

Website always gives problems. I was trying to book Cork to Dublin, no matter what I did it wouldn't show any options as a destination. Continued to persist until eventually it ended up working. Beyond frustrating, and the last time I booked with Aircoach there was a similar (but not the same) tech issue. Sort out the website for the love of god.

I used to be a massive fan of Aircoach but my recent journey made me question that. Myself and my boyfriend booked a journey from Cork to Dublin on January 23rd 2025. We had booked the Aircoach for 2pm departure for Dublin airport, our flight was in the evening and the bus arriving at around 5 in Dublin airport would've given us time to drop our bags, get through security and board our flight. At around 2pm the acting Aircoach supervisor in Cork announced the bus would be coming soon and to have our bags and tickets ready. At 2.30pm there was no sign of the bus and people began to speculate the bus was cancelled and started panicking to get on the city link bus that was meant to leave at 2.15 The acting supervisor did nothing to calm or explain the situation and instead led us to believe the bus was still coming At almost 2.45pm the supervisor announced the bus was cancelled, with the next bus not departing until 4pm, this would’ve been too late for our flight and me and my partner had no choice but to travel 30 minutes by train back to Midleton and to drive up to Dublin. Due to this change in travel plan we were forced to pay for fuel, tolls and parking to reach Dublin just about on time for our flight, and on top of this stress Dublin airport parking was completely full and we had to park far away and get taxis to and from the airport. We along with the other passengers on the Aircoach were disgusted by how we were treated and led to believe the bus was still coming. After all this I emailed Aircoach about the matter and received no response, we are students and this situation put a financial strain on us after we had spent months saving for a holiday. We were completely disappointed by this stressful situation and would be cautious booking in the future.
