“Sometims the car does not come without any notice message , And there is no way to return the cost”

“A truly sensory experience. An hour into this late night trip to Cork. Eyes burning from the stink of urine from the full toilet. I pity anyone further back. But the real clincher is the old guy behind me that was let on with a full Burger King. Having thrown the greasy bag up on our coats he’s now snoring and farting up a storm. People shouldn’t be let on with hot food. If I don’t jam a cork in one end of this guy by the time we get to our destination, it’ll be a miracle. Please, service toilets and enforce a no hot food rule.”

“Poor online service; trying to book a ticket, site does not let me enter starting point , only DUBLIN AIRPORT. App only allows me select single fare not return. Shabby.”

“Bus is convenient to get around but customer service is terrible. On the way to Dublin from the airport, the driver scanned our ticket therefore I presumed it would be the same on the way home so when I showed the driver my QR code upside down, expecting him to scan it, he snatched my phone out my hand and turned it the other way round instead of politely asking me to show it to him. He was also rude to other customers getting on and asking general questions. Would not use this company if you are new to the country and are a nervous traveller as it adds to the stress of going to the airport, especially when you are in a new country and don’t know where abouts you are going.”

“Changes to 701 route have made it a much poorer service. No longer goes via port tunnel and takes twice as long. Now it's better to go in a taxi than the bus. Also very awkward to purchase tickets at T1 as the card machines dont accept AIB bank cards, not sure how you can do business while not accepting one of the main banks in the country”

“Just got 4.15 approx Aircoach into City..Most ignorant driver l have ever experienced..Asked him to open side to get my case which actually fell out on Street..He just stood with his back to door.Then just jumped on bus. Young Guy with beard...”

“I take the Aircoah pretty often, Cork to Dublin. The journey is roughly 3h long, how come none of the socket in any of the buses aren't working. I need them to work because if they work I can work.”

“Was due to travel via Aircoach from Dublin airport t2 Sunday 29/9/24. Cancelled 2 services between 1530-1630hrs without any explanation. Wasn’t prepared to wait an hour and had to take a taxi €50. Sent email and no explanation. Poor.”

“Easy Aircoach 700 service from DUB airport to the new end of line Cherrywood (just after Leopardstown). I bought a return trip at the airport kiosk in advance for two of us. I have done this many times over the years for City Center. On return trip from Cherrywood the 8am left exactly on time (I missed it by 1 minute) but the 9am and 9:30am Aircoach 700 never showed up. I had to hire a taxi for 88Euro to get back on schedule for a 12:15pm flight. I emailed Aircoach for a refund for the two important 700 bus no shows. They returned my inquiry with a denial of refund stating I needed to buy an additional coverage (Flexibus) of which I was never informed at time of purchase. Sounds like there were a dozen other travelers that had the no show Aircoach 700 on that day. Please improve your service and your refund policy for lack of service.”

“Rude and abrupt ground crew. My case was taken out of my hand and I was rushed on board at Dublin Airport T2. The Aircoach App would not display my pre paid ticket, so I had to buy another one as people were all waiting for me so the bus would depart. The buses are a decade old and the stop announcements are made by the driver, without benefit of a microphone or speaker system. The service was good some years ago, but now it is slow and penny pinching.”

“Bought a return ticket from Dublin airport to Leopardstown outward journey good return journey 2 coaches the17-54 & 18-25 where drop off only had to pay for a taxi to Get back to the airport this was on the 14/09/24 would like an answer please”
