“Really disappointed in the service - attitude of the driver on the way from Dublin to Belfast lack of customer care - driver in the way to Dublin was courteous and helpful - complete opposite to return journey - bus wasn’t very clean and lack of air conditioning - very disappointed”

“Absolutely appalling and would not travel again. Two people 2 rows behind spoke lowd spospoke loudly and nonstop for the entire 1 1/2 hours. It was impossible to rest and relax on the journey and we ended up arriving completely stressed and agitated as where most people onboard. Except for the driver who was oblivious to the situation in fact the only words out of him for the entire journey was when he responded to my question if we had arrived at Dublin terminal 1 or 2. Apparently your supposed to know this as no announcement made. Never again this 3rd world service and that is being generous...”

“i used Aircoach a lot on my trip and I found it very convenient; the timing, kind and patient drives and the busses are comfortable and clean, a bit too cold but overall amazing.”

“Had to change buses.”

“The service itself is great, but the price increase over the last 12 months is fairly frustrating. I've been using Aircoach on a monthly basis for the last 12 months and the price has increased 30% for the same journey. Other than that, the buses are always clean, punctual, and the drivers are fantastic (especially the pre-6am drivers)!”
