“My daughter came back from Nantes and managed to get the earlier bus. She arrived safe and sound in Cork and had a very pleasant, safe and efficient trip. What more could you ask We were delighted with your service!!”

“If I could rate 0 star I would. We arrived 25th July earlier than expected and asked if we could take the earlier coach. Lady at the ticket booth politely told us, providing there’s enough space on the coach we could take the earlier coach. We went to queue up at our stop and notified staff that we were here to take the earlier coach and was told to stand aside like everyone else who aren’t booked for the 5:50 to Belfast but also waiting - at this point the was only my family and another in front. As the coach arrived, a few more people were queued up behind us also hoping to get on the coach. Staff ordered those booked for the time slot to board coach and said there was space for the family in front of us & our family. As we were loading our luggages onto the coach my husband kindly helped others with their luggage and helped arrange the mess. During this time driver had allowed EVERYONE else on board. He then came out & said there was only 6 spaces left & choose a late comer couple over us! I explained our family of 5 were in the queue first, we had paid extra for flex ticket and we were told providing there was space on the coach we’re would get on (which there was!). Driver DID not care nor wanted to listen to us, told us,”You’re not getting on the coach whether you like it or not, get your luggages off the coach!” I’d expect a bit more help from the staff who managed passengers on board. Although She told the driver that we were in front of queue, she was fully aware of the situation but her response was cold & unapologetic. Her words were,” it’s nothing to do with me, it’s drivers decision, now remove your luggage from the coach.” She didn’t even have the decency to try and put in an extra word to the driver yet walked off and notified her staff of the situation. I was later told I was being “moody” with her… The next coach wasn’t due until 7:50pm so you can imagine how MOODY myself, husband and 3 kids were after travelling over 24hrs. There was a young member of staff who witnessed the situation, he was very apologetic & had the decency to come up to us and apologise on a couple of occasions. I can’t justify what had happened, non of it made sense to my family. Unfortunately I don’t think we have faith using Aircoach again.”

“I found the Aircoach excellent in terms of ease of booking, keeping to the correct time and conduct of the driver. My only complaint is that the seats on the bus were somewhat uncomfortable as they lacked adequate cushioning.”

“the bus journey itself was okay, but i'm 18 and have a child leap card. I had to pay the whole adult fare. My friends who are 19/20 and have student leap cards get the young adult discount”
