“Nice clean and comfortable coach trip from Derry to Belfast International Airport, quick efficient and pleasant boarding process with lovely driver. Made the start of a long day with an anxious child traveller much calmer.”

“I had to change bus in Belfast,then I could hardly fine room on other bus for luggage. No phone chargers on this bus.”

“Journey between Dublin and Belfast was 2hours 20 minutes and I booked the air coach as website said that there was a toilet on every coach, this was not the case and the journey was stressful because of this. There was a toilet present on the return bus but it wasn't in use (advised by driver that they don't use it for this journey) I don't understand this as it is over 2 hours you wouldn't be without a toilet on a plane or train. Wouldn't use your service again due to this. Disappointed”

“Great to have aircoach from Greystones but only running every 2 hours is a nuisance.”

“I was a little disappointed when I found out when I was getting on the bus to Belfast that I was told by the driver that I had to wait for the 12.45 bus as per my ticket even though I had paid 5 Euros for a flex pass. He did not say that the bus was full. What is the point of a flex pass if you can’t use it?”

“Our experience with one of your drivers Lisa ( Dun Laoghaire to The Airport Saturday July 8th was over the top incredible. She was like our personal Dublin tour Guide . Gave us such helpful info . She was able to greet passengers in their own language (very impressive . Please recognize her if you can .”
