“Pros:The buses are on time. Cons: The free WiFi is very poor, it is only for searching on the Internet but you will not be able to listen to the music but the biggest disappointment is the coldness on the bus during the night drive.”

“While the driver was professional and the ride on time, the temperature inside was too hot. Some people weren't wearing a mask. I can see that the driver can't be held responsible and I am not particularly angry with your company, but since you asked, I have to say that it wasn't a pleasant journey.”

“I use Aircoach because I have no choice, my flights are in the early morning. I have been left stranded three times and even though the 1AM service is the one we request the most (constantly fully booked two weeks in advance and 50% service due to covid), the company puts 0 efford on having more late night options, so taking the 23h bus for a 7am flight is basically my routine. There is a 50% chance that the charger doesn’t work or the leg support is broken and a 90% chance of drivers talking like bouncers in a club (I made a mistake buying a ticket for the next day since it was at past 00:00 and I was told “you can wait outside for a free seat and if there is no room learn to read”) it's not exactly traveling in luxury :)”

“Almost nobody on the board had a face mask correctly. One Lady came on board completely without it and the driver didnt said a word while talking to her face to face. Looking around me I saw almost everyone with the mask under nose. As I was traveling alone with small baby I didnt get the courage to go talk to the driver. I didnt feel safe at all. (Route Cork Dublin)”

“When returning from Belfast to Dublin on Friday, the drivers inexplicably filled one bus to (albeit reduced) capacity before putting on a separate bus for under 10 stragglers. Given the need for social distancing, it would make MUCH MORE sense to divide passengers equally between two buses in future.”

“The reason for poor is that nobody enforced the Mask Rule one the Bus moved. On my way back from Dublin the bus did not even leave the City before 3 People took of their masks. One of them, an American, played loud music without headphones and after I informed the Driver he did not do anything. not even an announcement”

“Journey out was fine no problems at all. Comfortable and on time! Journey back driver hadn't allowed for air to come in and bus was too hot along with several passengers in close vicinity coughing constantly. 20 minutes late despite not one bit of traffic, comfortable other than the customer in front leaning back then pretending to be asleep when I asked them to move forward.”
